Many of you we're commenting down below that she( Estella) lives in a fairytale and you would wish to have or rather live in such an aesthetic life as her. I just wanted to say that she might have tons and tons of those things like expensive stationary, ipads, mackbook air, and a really aesthetic room and life but we should learn to be happy with what we have. She might also have to face troubles even while living such an aesthetic life like a family or financial problem. We might have a lot more than her if we look from a specific angle of life. We need to be happy with our own life and not feel sad of not having all those exact same things in our life. In many of her videos she has herself told us all, about her focusing and procrastinating problems and how she overcame them which tells us t hat she is also one of us. She no different from us all. We might not be so interested in being productive or study for loooonnnngggg hrs like her. But yes she is like us too.

Hi ! I usually never comment on these videos, but your comment resonated with me, and I wanted to share my experience which I hope will bring more hope in you and your dog's life. 8 years ago, my mom found a small kitten in the park next to where we lived at the time, and that kitten was so tiny, dirty, ill and malnourished, you could feel every bone in its body. We went to the vet, and we weren't even sure she was going to make it. Soon enough, based on her reactions, we understood that she had been abandoned and probably abused by her former owners. I assume their female cat had babies and, and they didn't want the burden of that. Anyway, my little kitty soon started getting healthier, but for years she was afraid of any loud noise, sudden movements, and would be scared easily by any human other than me. She also seemed to experience bad dreams when she slept and she would wake up suddenly, meowing as if she was lost and terrified of something. But now she is so much better. She became more trusting, curious, and even social with some of my friends. Since last year she's even been an amazing big sister to a new kitten we adopted : caring, forgiving him for his silliness and outbursts, playing with him, setting boundaries, cuddling, etc. All of this to reassure you that, love and patience with your dog will win the day, and soon he will forget the bad things that happened to him as you will show him another, softer way to live with humans. Take care of that little bundle of joy, and well, if he likes it, keep on showing him videos that appeal to him lol

You can still implement one thing at a time though to reach that dream routine. Maybe begin by trying to wake up before 10 am?
You can set alarm for 6 :00 , then 6:02 , 6:04 , 6:08 like that continuous for abt 10 minutes then u will automatically wake up I tried it it worked

The moment I watched this my brain was like: *Waking up at 6:30am everyday. Sleep at 9:45 pm every night.*
Me knowing I can’t do it: 😭
Try observing how much is the average sleep time for your body when you are well rested and go to bed accordingly! 6: 30 is a tough time to wake up though, so it may need practice, I'm not sure. But you can do anything you put your mind to!
This routine isn't for me sadly cause I wake up at 10Am
I sleep at 10/10:30 and wake up at 7, its easy and I think you should try it too :)
I usually sleep at around 3-6 AM, I hope I can finally realize how sleep is important lol

I feel you! I think it's great to focus on the inspiration part and be grateful that Estella is putting content out there that shows you what you want to do. Perhaps you would've never identified or seen what you want to do looks like without her video. And from that point of gratitude, implement the things you liked and want to include one at a time. One day, you WILL get there. You have to believe it even if you don't think it's true right now. Because without believing in yourself, you won't get anywhere - let alone someplace ambitious! ahh how do you wake up so early? all i do is wake up and then turn up alarm off
it took me 5 years of miserably failing until it finally worked. I quit caffeine + started completely changing my night routine so I would actually fall asleep early, + got a different alarm + basically changed my mindset / approach towards it! It's definitely not nearly as easy as it seems, especially if you've had a crazy sleep schedule your whole life!
