Example: If Nemesis were to be placed in the permanent, could his matrices be created on the artificial island? Or can only the matrices that we currently have be created and no more will be added? Everyone is posting that farming picture that is wrong. Those aren't the correct numbers and there are more mobs in some areas and less mobs in other areas.
I heard that the rate at lvl 5 is less than 1%. Increases a bit at Lvl7, and has a pity (take it with a grain of salt) system at lvl9. So I'm saving as much as possible before crafting. Am also optimizing material expenditure via spreadsheet (wanna know if I can level only the buildings that I need and everything else at level 5)

I've done story and i'm lvl60+ but there's no npc i can talk to.. idk what i'm supposed to do
Go to the event about and click GO. Or just have someone take you there.

The rate is super sux. You will always get Matrix Data Pack at lvl. 5 building
