I have looked at all your videos reviewing the Ghost trolling motor trying to get all the info I can before I buy a motor this spring. I was leaning toward the Ultrex because of it's ability to auto deploy, but I subscribe to several crappie fishermen that have them and they are noisy. You showed in one of the reviews on the Ghost how quiet the motor was running. How about the head that rotates the motor for stearing, is it quiet as well? The noise on the Ultrex of the head turning constantly to maintain a spotlock for example is so annoying that it is no longer a consideration. Have you heard anything about auto deploy coming to the Ghost? Your insights or even another review on the matter would be appreciated.
I have a new force review coming up next week bud. My head is super quiet along with the motor. If you do decide on a trolling motor I have some links I can drop you so you can check them out even closer
