Shadow does ev and Iv matter before rb?
I just put random Evs before rb and idk if the stats would change after rb?
@vexraptor4741 no the EVs does not matter as long as you have 510 EVs. The IV can be anything, and I don't recommend upgrading the IVs until after RB because the stats after RB can go up to 47.
