The person who is sending you stuff should be using the Postage Paid boxes, not only because they are strong but because you can put some heavy stuff in them and not have to pay an arm and a leg for postage. Always make sure the boxes are insured.

Absolutely! I usually do in my other hauls, but because this box was from multiple different live sales and a good majority of the crystals were on a huge sale I didn’t want to say the wrong price and cause confusion 😫🫶🏼😂

I love fossils and am lucky to live in Perth Western Australia where for 150km radius there are crystals of all descriptions. I found a meteorie and the shoulderbone of a giant koala and her and her babies coprolite. I love petrified wood and found a eucalyptus (huge) piece and its the only petrified wood that you can smell the eucalyptus from the petrified wood. Loved watching your excitement. Oh i almost forgot i have the last pieces of nunderite an Australian crystal that is extinct. I love collecting extinct crystals. People say my home is like a crystal shop without the price tags lol. Loved the crystals you got so much as like you i do alot of gridding. Keep laughing sweetheart 💜💜💜

My favourite one I took to hospital and now to dialysis is a stunning black labradorite with rainbow flashes. All crystals are beautiful, but this one is very special to me. Gotta say, for $1000 worth of crystals, she didn't package that very well. She knows she's shipping internationally....use thicker cardboard and tape the shit out of it. I know you're in love with her, but if I made a big order and it was shipped like that with no additional reinforcement around the edges I would be PISSED! sorry, but you deserve better as a loyal customer.
I totally understand! I was really nervous! but at the end of the day, nothing really broke and nothing was lost. we cannot control the actions of the mail services, even internationally. In the years of shopping with Sunny, only one item came broken (funnily enough it was while I was still in Canada and it only travelled over night lol) but she handled it really professional and fairly to me. I never worry about customer service with Sunny :)
