We love Maggie Valley! Went this summer and had Joey's Panacakes. The people there are so friendly. We also ate at a pizza place and Butt's on the creek. The food was awesome! Maggie valley is worth visiting just for the food and the views!
Totally loved it there too! Did you guys go to the casino too? Think it’s called harrahs Cherokee..I’m always looking to see if it pops up again on the timeshare stay it’s hard to get! Joeys was awesome!
@Traveling With Jennifer Sparks Savoy we went there in 2008. It was nice. A lot of the locals have issues with the casino, though, as they feel it has ruined the area. Mike and I said it would be nice to stay in Cherokee one time just to enjoy the town more.
Eat at Joey's Pancake house a few weeks ago while we were there three days in one week. Just great. Friendly people. I love Maggie Valley!
