    I used a fresh Sea Bass the I caught.. it was rather large for my wok..but I made do.. what I like about this recipe is that it doesn’t call for a lot of oil and deep frying.. I had most ingredients on hand.. but no ‘mushroom granules’ ..
    We served it with a salad of thinly sliced radishes, cucumber, minced matchstick sliced carrots and chopped lettuce.
    thank you for the wonderful share and the great soothing background music.

    I used to eat one time at Chinese restaurant in downtown Vancouver , the way to cook fish look like in your video but I remember it had a lot of dry red pepper, but it’s not too spicy I try to find that in different restaurant but I never see it in any different Chinese restaurant

    Thanks for sharing but did season the fish with salt before frying?

    • @1228cooking
      @1228cooking  3 года назад +1

      No I didn’t but you can if you want. The sauce is salty enough.

    I think you are confusing between tbsp v Tbsp. Also, the music is neither necessary nor pleasant for a cooking show

    • @1228cooking
      @1228cooking  Год назад +1

      What is so confusing? They are both tablespoons whether with a t or T.
