22 official language, how can they address each of them.its true that most of the technician using them won't understand but they have limitation.I think when they do workshop they use local languages.

Just like you forgot to mention Bengali as the second most widely used regional language after Hindi, it's hard for them to produce videos in all those languages. So, they are going with one of our official languages.
