Each and every place in India has its own uniqueness . u will definitely get authentic vegetarian food wherever u go . if u come to odisha u should try dalma, rasagolla , chennapoda , dahibara of Cuttack, puri & upma of Behrampur and don't skip the meals of different temples .

Don't mind. But did u notice he is mixing the curry and then just serving from the top. Like sambar. He mixes and then serves from top Serving only liquid part. Doing it with all the items. Plus that 1 tablespoon upma was cherry on top. Even 25 is costly for that water and 1tbsp upma.
