@@supernova2886 Actually Astera’s Theme Never really stood out to me, It wasn’t bad per se but just compared to the Rest of World’s Soundtrack it was just kinda there, Where as this theme gives me Waves of 3rd gen Nostalgia
I really like how in the begining it is kind of quiet yet it has this kind of bounce to it. Then when it really picks up it is awesome. Also the instruments in the back are amazing, the signing is amazing, just everything about this is just beautiful I love it so much!!!

But MH is different and continues to be so loving toward the fanbase whether it's small things like the Yukumo village leitmotifs in this ost or just *not* having mandatory microtransactions and actually releasing complete games. Rise is special regarding the world, first time I played I was impressed with the environment, hard to top MHWorld, but the ambient felt expansive unlike world which I feel it is filled with invisible barriers in contrast to Rise.

This happens (in opposite) in Nier Gestalt/Replicant in the town. When you get close to the characfter, you start to hear the vocals, otherwise you only hear the instrumentals playing as you walk around the village

I've been looking for this since the collab with Megaman X DiVE. I still haven't played MH Rise, but over time I began to absolutely love this music as X Dive's main menu theme.
It's no Pokke Village - first MH village will always have a special place in a player's heart after all - but I'm fully willing to give this the honor of "second best village theme of the franchise"
This song is so peaceful! It reminds me of a Teochew (Chinese dialect) song, in terms of melody. I cannot understand this nor Wyverian (MH) language. I don't understand either, but this warms my soul.
While I do love hearing this theme I gotta say it feels like we are missing just something small. Like a daytime cycle with a cozy night theme? Idk doesn’t change the fact that the game and soundtrack is fantastic.
I feel like after we get a dual hunt with the two new elder dragons, that the twins will sing this to calm them down. Because Kamura actually wants them to nest near it. It is famous for its steel, and clearly Narwa's nesting near the village with her magnetic powers is what causes high quality iron to collect there and Ibushi's periodic great storms mosaic the surrounding forest with prosperous new growth and flood the waterways bringing rich sediment down from the mountains.
If I were in the same situation as you, here would be my considerations. If there are two another games I want to play on a switch? Yes, buy one. No, next question. If I have friends can play monster hunter with me? Yes, buy one. No, it is not worthy to buy a switch. According to your comment I think you don’t like Nintendo games or you had already bought one, so you need to focus on what else you can play on a switch. Except Nintendo games, indie games and party games are also the mains of the switch. Not a English speaker. Hope my suggestions could help you :)
