Like sheriff, are only allowed to patrol outside the city, and like police they are only allowed to patrol inside the city, California highway patrol are only allowed to patrol on highways, if it’s a pursuit they may exit. State troopers may patrol anywhere beacuse the name says "State." "Troopers."

There’s a button in lspdfr that is if you click "M" Then go to animations and click left then you see "Cop" That’s how you switch animations if you meant that.
There are better LASD/LAPD vehicles out there. You have to pay for them but its worth the money. We can play FivePD together if u wanted. Got lots of high quality LAPD/LASD cars. From 90‘s to present day.
If that's the most realistic LSPDFR then mostly everything else that's been uploaded is real life and beyond. This is really not the most realstic LSPDFR.
I would recommend only the gas station beacuse it’s kinda annoying while you are mid in a callout and you get hunger, thirst but you have to end that callout.

If you have a copy of gta, delete the original one and make another copy of the copied gta, then play the copied gta and then install all mods agin what you installed hoped it helped!
How are you using an ALPR mod when that crown vic doesn't even have any ALPR modules on the car. Also, why is that LASD Crown Victoria using the CHP siren tone? Not realistic at all.
