Stratetgy: Get away from REX to bait the missiles, as soon as it kneels run towards REX and use that moment to shoot the Stinger. There isn't enough time to use the lock on, aim manually, shoot, and unequip the Stinger. Don't bother with Chaff, it's tedious and not worth it. When you're close to REX it will attack with laser or cannon. Laser can be avoided by running away from REX and cannon can be avoided by running to the sides. Both attacks can be avoided if you hold the first person view button and press the item switch or weapon switch button. If you're too close to REX it will stomp on you, that's and instant kill.
Apparently you can go into the games audio files and fix it there, but if you do then the "Duel" theme will also play when you get caught. I personally don't care because I never get caught anyway and the parts where the game forces an alert feel like boss encounters so the Duel theme fits.
Awesome. I don't understand why there's still no PC Version of Metal Gear Solid 3 and 4? Including Peace Walker. In fact, the MGS HD Collection should be on PS4/PS5 or Nintendo Switch and PC Version including an MGS1 and MGS4! 14:37- There's a reason why this area was so dark, so it wouldn't clearly show Gray Fox's face until a flash reveals it after he says "Because I'm the one who killed her parents." But the PC Version's higher Contrast ruined it. 16:48- You even restored the Soundtrack Escape.

Indeed it's a shame we don't have a PC port of those games, even the 3DS has a port of MGS3
They could be on the way, it took so long for these two to come out after all.
Can i know how to insert the battle phase 2 music to match it with the ps1 version?
You can replace the sound file inside game's music folder, but that will also change the music during alert mode
