I just watched living proof today which was very personal for me and I saw so much of myself in your story. I was diagnosed at 16 years old which was 17 and a half yrs ago. I got real strict almost 4 years ago on diet and exercise and my health has turned around in so many ways with MRI’s showing proof that I have had zero change or activity since I’ve made these changes. I stand firm in these findings as I am also living proof.

@@shanequaforte2413 MS is not my biggest problem, thank God. I had both hips replaced last year because of hip dysplasia. MS is the thing I do have control over.

I am now one year into my ms. Started everything and am doing well over all. BUT everyday I’m afraid of tomorrow. I’m not sure if I’m doing well or not.

Many Americans are using it. See the RUclips's channel "MS Hope", where an American tells how he was cured of MS, only following this treatment.

    Hallo Matt
I am from Germany. I am 46 years old.
I have had relapsing MS since 1993. I tried a lot of things: Betaferone, Avonex, Tysabry... it worsened my physical condition. Last attack in 2001. Since 2001, after my last attack, I have been taking Tecfidera 240 mg 2 tablets per day (1 in the morning/1 in the evening). No relapse since then. But I see and notice that running is becoming more and more difficult for me. I have now started to change my diet according to your documentation: living proof.

Matt is so right! It’s odd to think that the United States is over 10 times the population of Canada, yet Canada has twice as many MS patients. And United States has a much better MS Community. ?
