The same week I learned about walking the 8 and using the symbol, I was stung on the foot by a honey bee; the same foot had a stubborn seed wart I couldn't treat for two years. Long story short, that wart is 95% healed a month later. ❤

How wonderful to view this- a few months after my younger brother passed l asked for a sign from him to assure me that he was ok. I was seated at a cafe not long after when the waiter arrived and placed a beautifully designed table number in front of me….. 8 …… Instinctively l just knew the Infinity Sign was his answer🥰 I can’t tell you how magical the moment was and the solid-knowing l felt within.

I was a Polynesian dancer when I was younger and there was a move that felt "best" in my body. I knew it as the "figure eight", from googling I believe the technical term is called "the Varu" from Tahiti. Basically, you anchor into your core and you make a figure eight with only your hips (technically more to it, but that is the gist of it). Also from a quick google search, it says that moving your hips in a figure eight is a Somatic move that helps to help release trauma, which makes sense to me because I was going through trauma at that point in my life and maybe that is why that move felt "best" to me. The aspect of it being a balancing of the masculine and feminine just by walking it, is another amazing level to me and can't wait to implement that into my life. Ironically, the video of the Varu demonstration that popped up for me was of a woman who looks Polynesian, but has an English accent, which took me aback, but was fitting haha.
Can that be expressed as sacred sexuality….? They very healing tool the hierarchy that was tried to demolish and taint….🙏🏻 ✨🔥✨

I love that this subject of infinity came up again! I am a Reiki Master, and for the past year I have been intuitivly using the infinity 8 symbol over my clients (for reasons unknown to me until now). I've almost completely stopped using other Reiki symbols because the 8 works SO WELL! My body even starts to sway in the 8 form as I'm working on my clients. This is very powerful & effective....and EASY to use for EVERYONE. Infinite Blessings to all 🙏

How strange I had a lucid dream last night I was holding g the infinity number 8, I was surrounded by these symbols, then I woke up to this new video, what a huge synchronicity ty 🙏
Ahaa.... these are practices I have been doing myself without knowing her. Especially the heart-meditation: I have been doing an even extended version of that after having an insight about how energy works, and that 'breathing' is actually not about getting 'air' in and out, but about how we actually create, how we bring 'encoded plasma' in our 'physical' world from 'our own beyond' -- from the 'other loop of the eight', that is. One loop being 'me, here', the other being 'my higher self, there' on the other side, the 'knot' being the 'black hole' that serves as the loop-hole to transfer the energetic information. Using this practice to bring in 'information' from 'beyond' and transferring 'out-dated' energy back to the other side where it can be recycled. And that does work for EVERY CELL, not 'just' the heart. Since every cell has it's own 'chakra-system', with a heart-centrum. (sorry if this explanation sounds a bit strange, it is not easy writing it down in 'normal language'. )

After my pool exercises I float & draw the infinite symbols with both hands just under the water & go into a green blue water meditation to link myself with the nature spirits, the spirit of the water & the earth.
Just the thought of walking to meet my sweet momma through different ages of her life made me cry. This was such an incredible video. The past few days I was complaining to my mother who passed away 48 years ago of suicide , and told her that she should show up already, even though I know we are connected, it’s time that she should show up… well her name was/ is Seretta and people could have pronounced her name as Serita…. I am a coach, healer and therapist, and around the same time of my complaining, I started a new meditation and applied a figure 8 on my hips. The pain in my hips left😮, e days later I receive a vibe from my mom, Sherita who is Seretta.

I was stunned to hear you tell about going back to know your mother at different ages. In the late 90’s Source directed me to do this with my father. I had no prior knowledge of anyone doing this. It was such a cosmic experience. It was so timely because it healed so much before he passed in ‘01!

I played your video at Brahm mahurat time and went through the meditation. It reminded me of myself when I first learnt how to draw the number 8. I must have been between 5-7 years old. I kept drawing it like the infinity wave as opposed to two circles. I remember drawing it and strongly feeling that this was just not a number eight. It was magic. The meditation showed me telling my mum about it in all the excitement. It felt like yesterday but I’m almost 40 years old now. The meditation plucked a deep seated memory of my own childhood that I had long overgrown.
I did the same when I was younger - I added all the colours of the rainbow to my infinity symbol and encased myself in it. Amazing things have happened in my life & I use it a lot. There are many of us around the earth that know what we know. Namaste ❤ ♾

Hello Pam, I dreamt several days ago, that everything was answered with the figure 8. I could see very colorful, like a rainbow, 8s, just winding and winding, and have been seeing that in visions for the last year. I had asked my guides to show me the answer to my problem of creating a movement series, and was stalling, and this was the answer that came. It's very inspiring that I'm finding this video here today and thank you so much for this beautiful interview. I used the 8 in a movement video yesterday, and am excited to use it more. I think, though, that the answer was deeper than the surface (such as specific movement). I believe the infinity flow is everything - and that was the real answer. That everything flows, and goes, and moves and returns, and swivels along, like a slow crockpot style burn, baring great flavor, budding with growth and information and returns and new beginnings and endings all flowing beautifully like a lazy 8 pool in the sun. I've lost so much this year, but new beginnings are about, and I can feel it. Instantaneous Healing and REVELATION, and never accepting anything less than the most perfect truths and exuberant real loves. Thank you!

This is so fantastic. Thank you so much. The very first thought I had when I started walking the 8 (I paused the recording to do it as I have been trying to balance a prolonged sciatic nerve pain episode) and thought about the astrological houses (my 8th house is loaded up with Pluto Saturn Mars within 12 degrees of each other) and the opposition house of resources! My 2nd house is Aquarius so this felt very deliciously new wave. I have been feeling the color of blue for months, and also felt to flood my field from crown to toes, and especially into the painful areas of my body right now. Afterwards, I laid down to rest with ice packs, etc in place. I began to remember a couple of very traumatic situations I was involved in as a nurse educator in our obstetrics unit that involved the death of two different babies. The doctor involved, the nursing staff, and me as the prenatal contact with one of them-the ripples of trauma, regret, etc. came back full force into my memory. I knew that I had held the memory of that helpless feeling, the regret, the pain in so many ways that bound me to all these involved and carried it with me for so many years. Now, I will walk the 8 to unwind this, and be led through all the past life memories of giving birth, of being a midwife and caught in the tide of trauma. My heart just weeps right now, knowing I had never gotten to acceptance of the divine cycles of all our experiences. I just cannot thank you enough. This is so profound for me. May the blessings be.

So powerful ..yet so simple. Thank you so much! I loved the story of the woman in hospital and how she healed her heart. I healed my heart too. I was born with a bicupsid heart valve and was told I could not have a homebirth because of this. I told my mother and she told me to visuslise my heart valve as the 'normal' tricupsid valve.. she told me to visualise it as a Peace symbol ( which is what a nornal heart valve looks like) .. I did this..and the hospital staff at the Cardiology Dpt at St Barts hospital in London could not explain it when they looked at my heart valve again and there it was ... tricupsid. I literally changed my heart valve. Our visualising is tgat powerful ! Know this to be true 💗

It is interesting Pam as my mother was a piece of work most of the time ..however she also was so bloody minded that she knew she was powerful and she also would not accept that I coul not create as well.. so when she told me to change my heart valve I had absolutely no doubt in my mind that I could not do it. She died in 2015 and this memory of her is the one I cherish the most. ❤️

The infinity symbol has been showing up all over the place for me. I created an artwork of it with the sun and moon, symbols of masculine and feminine, matter and divinity. Also a connection with the cosmic spider spinning her web at the centre of creation. I recollect that bees do a dance in the figure 8. (I just wrote this, restarted the video and Pam said the exact same thing!)I feel my heart centre humming and I've dropped into a deeper communion with my essence and infinity.

I joined in to do the Tibetan heart ritual, as guided in your video and the further I progressed into the ritual I felt my smile turning into vocal laughter that in turn metamorphized into painful tears! Chronic health problems that have hampered most self realization or many wished for achievments seemed to express the pent up frustrations in uncontrollable tears! I sense it was no coincidence that upon waking up in pain during the night something prompted me to play this video! ❤

I had a dream about 8 about a year ago and I've never paid attention to the number.. but I've doodled it on the side of every paper I can remember writing my entire life. I've always loved rainbows. I have a 7" infinity or 8 symbol on my inner left forearm; entwined with other symbols and words that are meaningful to me. When I have a hard time, I like to meditate while tracing it. I am excited about using the infinity as a tool to heal by walking. How perfect! On the Solstice (winter here) we had a group of 17 people reclaiming the ley line nexus at a sacred mountain. We did a walking meditation and instinctively decided to "walk the eight" around the monuments there! I love the synchronicity.
