We don’t usually say “with” that being said. We just say “that said….” But don’t say it often! It gets redundant and it becomes all I hear. My psychology teacher said “ok?” After every point. It was so bad I couldn’t learn from her. Ok ok ok ok. Then my friend learned “with that being said” and says it every other sentence! Ok you have a new phrase. Keep going. Don’t get stuck on that one over and over.
