Wow. Interesting video. I've never been to Parkhead, but three things stick out to me from the video: The magnificence of these old sandstone buildings. The architecture of the buildings is terrific, and they could easily withstand another 100 years. They sure don't make buildings like that any more. The second thing is the cemetaries - doesn't anyone take care of these any more? It's really unfortunate to see tombstones overturned, and grass that needs to be tended. The other thing is the ethnic influence, which seems to be strong. Thanks for posting this. It was really interesting.

Parkhead is a very interesting place, I did get chased down the street by someone who thought it was against the law for me to be taking pictures without a permit. As for the cemetery unfortunately most of Glasgow's cemeteries are in a poor state due to vandalism and lack of maintenance, there was one guy trying to cut the grass at the other end with his own lawnmower but it wasn't up to the job. And finally the sandstone buildings are amazing and are now part of a conservation area.
