So the timeline here, based on these sources, is that Bill brings in Patricia. They go just under .500 with Mac Jones, a guy we all agree sucks. The fanbase and media demand that they fire Patricia and bring in a "real OC". The "real OC" wants to reset staff Patricia was happy to work with, to better results, and guys that Bill had been coaching up for a few years. That is Bill's fault? Why didn't the fans just STFU and let them run with Zappe or the staff Bill wanted?
What are you even talking about? You completely disregarded Jones' rookie season where they were 10-7 with a real OC in McDaniels, who also happened to be one of "Bill's guys". He left and then he brought in a defensive coach as an offensive coach. No team does that. The offense Patricia ran was basic at best and easy for teams to scheme against. Yes, they had success with a better performing offensive line, a better running game, and at least a consistent receiver in Meyers. Henry also wasn't bad. The offensive line plays like garbage now, they can't run the ball, receivers have league worst separation....do you see the problem? It's not a scheme issue. It's a talent issue. Yes, Jones has not played well. At all. But don't think that switching to Zappe was ever going to somehow magically change everything. They still commit dumb special teams penalties, and the rest of the issues are there. Add to that the fact that Zappe is just not a starter right now. This team is 4-12 with 99% of the staff that Bill wanted, so I don't understand what your argument is. That O'Brien is responsible for all of these issues? If you really think Bill has zero liability with where they are right now then I'm sure some very nice man has land to sell you on Mars. Real cheap.

Real cheap.
Hire Nagy ASAP
Nagy is a bad OC. I’d rather Bieniemy or Johnson
@worldsgreatestdude1784 Are you kidding me? He was coach of the year with the bears and led the Chiefs to the big dance last year. The guy is an offensive guru
@@JohnBarron-n wasn’t it Eric Bieniemy the OC last year in KC?
@@worldsgreatestdude1784 Nagy was his mentor
