The reason for darkening the teeth is believed to have been to make the teeth less noticeable and to make the face look softer. In addition to being able to hide the alignment and discoloration of teeth, some believe that the dye had a preventive effect on oral malodor, tooth decay, and periodontal disease.
Didn't see anything out of the ordinary. It's called ingenuity, experience, and hands growing from the right place. Anyone who has worked with wood knows this. For ordinary people, it is almost magic. =)

A highly skilled craftsman. I noticed the blue fingernails on the gentleman creating the kumiko. The cause can be something as simple as polish, or cold weather. Other causes could include a lack of oxygen from lung or heart conditions. Or, it could be the camera. The world lacks people of your talent and skill. I hope your blue nails mean nothing.
Incredible but I just don't see any reason that dude's hands in number 3 have too get so close to the saw blade. He could modify those jigs for considerable safety improvements.

new sub love the channel Absolutely beautiful work I want some of these thank you for sharing this with us Daniel army strong
I just love watching them work, they're masters! I have one question: why are the teeth always painted black, both on masks and on dolls?
The reason for darkening the teeth is believed to have been to make the teeth less noticeable and to make the face look softer. In addition to being able to hide the alignment and discoloration of teeth, some believe that the dye had a preventive effect on oral malodor, tooth decay, and periodontal disease.

ARTE MILENAR OBRIGADO
У мастера, делающего маски, очень молодые руки для его возраста. Он вообще сохранил завидную гибкость суставов. Превосходная работа.

We want people who are not familiar with all kinds of knowledge to learn more about traditional techniques and crafts!
Значит вы искушённый человек в работе с деревом. А для меня тут всё удивительно, начиная с инструментов и самого дерева, не говоря уже о технике.

What kind of wood are you carving?
Hinoki (Japanese cypress) is used.
Didn't need the sub titles thanks,I could see what he was doing.Awesome work❤
Thank you so much for your comment !
The skilled craftsman is one who uses a table saw with minimal safety guards and still has ten fingers.

São "processos de fabricação japoneses"
Incredible but I just don't see any reason that dude's hands in number 3 have too get so close to the saw blade. He could modify those jigs for considerable safety improvements.
It is because he is used to it. Everyone should avoid getting too close when using a saw!
Wow, the " special tool " is a chisel .🤔

I’m not sure about the eyebrows though. Aren’t they too high
It was known as a beautiful face in Japan in the old days. It is one of the cosmetic methods.
It's not an eyebrow, it's a type of makeup that was popular in Japan a long time ago.
저렇게 만드는데 시간 많이 걸리는게 당연하내요 festool 사다 만다는게 더 정확하고 빠른데
의견 주셔서 감사합니다 !

It means that the gold leaf is not used in vain. But to use it boldly at times.
