The more muscle you gain the more easily you burn fat so definitely keep your the weight training. I have PCOS and I know that can make it almost impossible to drop weight. Good luck!
Gotta be in a calorie deficit to lose weight (given there are no other present health challenges). You also have to KNOW you’re in a calorie deficit my measuring and tracking EVERYTHING.
Thanks! I was tracking everything and using my Garmin to keep up with my calorie burn and had been keeping a deficit with no results. It just got so frustrating to do all the work and see no results so I stopped tracking. Going to the Dr. later today to rule out health related issues.

Thanks! I have my physical next week so I’m going to chat with the doctor about it.

Muscle weighs more.
You’re gaining muscle that’s why weight is going up
I’ve definitely been putting on muscle!
