Demons & fallen angels are two completely different entities. Demons inhabit man because they are disembodied spirits or the “ghosts” of the Nephilim. Fallen Angels do not need to “possess” men, because they can take the physical form of man. Otherwise, excellent teaching as always. I appreciate you and your ministry

I grew up in the Baptist church all my life and your right to my recollection they never touched Genesis 6. This fallen angels theory seems to correlate well with historical depictions of all manner of hybrid half animal half human hybrids across many civilizations. It also makes more sense on why God would have felt it necessary to wipe the slate clean with all the tainted bloodlines to go along with all the other evils. I always felt in my heart that there was more to the story than I was told

I want to thank you for your teachings. I’m learning a lot. I don’t want to argue with you because you’re much more knowledgeable about the Bible than I. But, sons of God is also in Deuteronomy 32:8. It’s translated different ways, but the Dead Sea Scrolls uses sons of God in Deuteronomy 32:8.

@25:38 - the 66 canonical books comprising the Holy Bible; Old and New Testaments of the Lord Jesus Christ are the crucial books for realizing and understanding the need for a Savior. These are the books that most readily present to mankind the Gospel and the reasons for the death, burial, and resurrection of Messiah. There are limited number of reference to Sons of God by Moses in part because he is not teaching new topics to the people he is leading. He is giving a refresher course on the subjects which they are well versed. The Epic of Gilgamesh is a story of Nimrod which was transliterated by the Mesopotamians. Gilgamesh became one of the renown mighty ones of old. These recorded accounts of events which took place pre-creation and in the beginning and during the days in the Garden of Eden and into the days afterward beyond the expulsion from paradise are found in the books which councils of men removed from the mainstream Word of God. The Books which were omitted are books of great descriptive detail. Books like the Book of Enoch, Book of Jasher, and Jubilees to name three include more information on topics that Moses only briefly touches or mentions with no further details. Perhaps, since Moses was and others were aware of these texts, Moses did not include greater detail because sources for those were already in circulation among the people. These were part of tradition for a period of time greater than we have presently with having the compiled 66 Books of the Holy Bible. The Gospel of Jesus has been around for only about 2000 years. As people spread out, the stories of history became legends and myths and folklore and the people who kept them put their own spin and names to the tales and accepted them as their own cultural and/or religious histories. A great example is the Greek mythological creatures and battles of titans and the immoral conjugations with human women and the resulting offspring and evil and wickedness of the gods. These stories became what they are today. This was actual recorded history. and Moses chose to include a brief reminder of what transpired to bring GOD to wipe out life on earth with the Flood. Wicked corruption and disobedience are the key reasons for the Flood. Moses also likely did not go into greater detail because the people were to be growing in a love and obedience to GOD and to leave the ways of sinful men behind them. The way to encourage goodness and love in someone is to not expose them to the evils and wickedness of men and to not rehash the events of old, but to begin anew and start fresh with a pilgrimage to the Promised Land. God chose Israel to become the example of what GOD will do for those who faithfully worship HIM.
All pastors need to be careful when giving their opinion on Gen 6. Because no matter their zeal on the subject, they are only giving their opinion. Many Bible passages can used to refute the Fallen Angels theory

I haven’t watched yet but I was just reading Genesis 6, and I didn’t understand between the nephilim and the sons of God. I knew I wanted to reach out to a preacher or pastor that actually teaches biblically. Then I saw you had a video on this. Praise God!
This subject is actually very easy to teach, if one has a good relationship with God, Christ and the Spirit. When man looks on the surface, they only go by surface value, but if the Spirit is truly with you and you ask for wisdom in God's Word, you will gain not just wisdom, but understanding. With that wisdom and understanding, one can teach and preach in truth.
I can't get enough of this entire series, because I've listened to twice, cause I've had many questions from Others, and from myself, about angels, and demons. Who are the Mighty men of Renown? In Gen 6?
This suggestion as to where Cain’s wife came from may be a bit lengthy, but please read it. Thank you. As recorded in Genesis 1:27, on the sixth day of creation, God “created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.” As recorded in the very next verse, verse 28, God said to them, “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…” Even though in the first chapter it is says that “male and female created He them,” in the second chapter, after God had earlier commanded the man not to eat of the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil,” is when it is recorded that God “made He a woman.” That shows there was some period of time between when God “formed man of the dust of the ground” and when He “made woman.” But it’s back in the first chapter where God commanded them, “Be fruitful, and multiply.” This plainly reveals that all that’s recorded is not in perfect chronological order. At the end of the second chapter, all it says is “And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.” Even though from the time of Adam’s creation when God had put him in the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it, then there came the time when God had commanded that he not partake of the forbidden tree of the knowledge of good and evil or he would surely die; then Adam had the time to give names all the cattle, to all the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field, following all that is when woman (Eve) was made, after which is when God must have given them His second command, “Be fruitful and multiply.” As recorded, there was some time between Adam’s creation and when Eve was made, but there is no record of how long it was before we come to the events recorded in the third chapter. There is no valid reason to believe they did not obey God’s second command to have children as soon as they were capable of gestation. Depending on how long it had actually been, with a normal maturation age of thirteen or fourteen years, over a period of eighty years there could have been as many as five or six generations of descendants, with children being born of each woman every year if so desired, since before what occurred in the third chapter there was no excessive pain in childbirth. And in those early years of being fruitful and multiplying there could have been no problem of intermarrying because there would be no other way at that time, to multiply. And again, before what occurred in the third chapter when Eve, and Adam after her, partook of the forbidden tree, and by one man sin entered into the world, all those born were born sinless, and thereby would have been “sons of God.” But that’s another subject. So, now we come to the fourth chapter, which is recorded the events leading up to the time when Cain went out from the presence of the Lord after he had slain his brother Abel, and married his wife in the land of Nod. This is where the birth of any of Adam and Eve’s children is first recorded. The bible doesn’t say so, but this doesn’t mean they had had no other children before that. In fact, at the end of chapter four, following when Cain had slain his brother, and he had married his wife in the land of Nod, the first recorded age of Adam after that had occurred was when Eve bares him another son, Seth, whom God appointed as another seed instead of Abel. Adam’s age at that time, as recorded in chapter 5, verse 3, was 130. Again, the bible doesn’t say so, but there’s no valid reason to believe that Adam and Eve had sinned just before their first children were born, and then it was 130 years before Cain slew Abel because he was wroth over his offering not being accepted by God, when Abel’s had been. So, in summary, with all that transpired before what occurred in chapter 3, even though not recorded, Adam was more than likely around 80 or 90 years of age when “the fall of man” occurred. That would allow for Cain and Abel, who are Adam’s first recorded children following his fall, to be around 40 or 50 years old when that tragic event occurred. These hypothetical ages are flexible, but when studying the many published biblical history timelines, what is conjectured is in no way contradictory or an exclusion of any event as biblically recorded. So, in conclusion, up until that time, while Adam and Eve were still sinless, is when five or six sinless generations of descendants were born and had migrated out from the garden to various lands, one of them being the land of Nod.

Hebrews 1:5. Did God ever call an Angel his son? Do Angels marry? Where do we read anywhere else in scripture showing angels reproducing? Does not everything God made reproduce after its own kind?
In re: Bible Math, add up the number of days of all the first men born, the men of longevity, Adam through Noah, the same number as seconds in one week, 604,800 days exactly.

I thoroughly enjoyed this lesson. This is what I believe about the Nephilim being fallen angels or demons. My Sunday School teacher is of the opinion that the angels are sexless beings and unable to cohabitate with women. You just confirmed what I believe, but it's not something that a Christian would argue about, so I'll let him have his beliefs and I'll have mine.

Mr Tiff, In Daniel 3:25, not verse 5. It says the fourth LOOKS LIKE a son of the gods. That's Jesus, in the particular verse. Jesus was walking with the three Hebrew boys in the furnace.

I always thought why God will destroy the human race in Noe's time, because the son of God ( Seth ) will marry the daughters of man. Also, there are three different definitions for the term: Sons of God Old/New Testament: sons of God through creation (angels, Adam). Son of God: God's equal. Adopted sons of God: followers of God who are adopted into His family through the death, resurrection and glorification of Christ.

are God's equal". Is what that verse is referring too. In that case, no angel. But they are sons through creation, just like Adam was. Jesus Himself even states they are sons in Luke 20:36. Followers of God will be equal to the angels, sons of God by being sons of the resurrection. Hard to be equal to angels if angels are not sons of God since before Christ was glorified, all humans were lower than angels, even Christ who was made just a little lower than angels.
The Bible does not say in my KJV that the giants" nephilim "were hero's. It says they became mighty men. Be very careful reading from anything but God's word.

Are angels created beings? Aren't all created beings only able to create "within their kind?" Genesis 1 Looking like man doesn't mean they BECOME man! Since we are going to one day be "like the angels" and not do things that married couples do, why would you think angels can do it? And even if they could create male genitals, how could they possibly be able to create the 23 chromosomes it takes to mix with the female ovum that would begin the building blocks of human life??? My Bible says only God can create life!! Angels are not God! The only thing the ring leader of the fallen angels has ever been able to create is "the lie!" The Nephilim could be the result of a new batch of genes. In those days, incest was not forbidden. They probably had polluted the gene pool in each family to such a point that it stunted everything. Who are the 'sons of God' in Genesis 6? The same God of the OT is the God of the NT and His Word is truth. There is only one verse that God defines the 'sons of God', and it is NOT a created type of being but rather those that are willing to be led by God's Spirit. ~ Romans 8:14; "For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God." God defines the 'sons of God' in Genesis 6:2... from the text in Genesis 6:3. ~ Genesis 6; (2) the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. (3) Then the LORD said, “My 'SPIRIT' shall not 'ABIDE' in 'MAN' forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” Was God's Spirit abiding with the angels? No, MAN! Again, "For 'ALL' who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God." MAN! These marriages in Gen 6:2 is causing God to immediately proclaim that His Spirit will not be with these people. The remainder of Gen 6 God tells of mighty MEN, MEN of renown, the wickedness of MEN and MEN were thinking only evil thoughts continually. So, God was sorry that He had created MEN, and says He will blot out MEN from the face of the earth. What is missing? Angel/women/hybrid demigods. That narrative is found in Godless books like Enoch. Nephilim (Hebrew definition: 'fallen ones') the LXX added 'giants' to the definition centuries later. The Hebrew definition of ‘fallen ones’ is a better fit for this passage of scripture. ~ Psalm 53: 2-3; "God looks down from heaven on the children of man to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God. They have all ‘FALLEN AWAY’; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one." This passage is a better fit for what happened in Gen 6 before the flood. It eliminates the questions about how did these giants survive the flood? Did God fail to eradicate the Nephilim giants and made Joshua finish the task of giant slayer? NO, I am sure there were very tall people in Noah's day, and even Noah may have been a giant. The Bible does not give us any of these details, but to suggest that only angels can create giants is unbiblical. That is like saying Samson had to be a descendant of angels because no human could be that strong. God is the creator of ALL life; angels cannot create life. So why would God suspend his natural law of procreation in (Gen 1), allow angels to marry and mate with women and then God would breathe life into these hybrid demigods? This is lunacy. Chapters 3,4 & 5 give CONTEXT to what happened in Genesis 6, the entire Bible confirms what happened, and it was lust, pagan worship, and God's punishment. So, in Gen 4 we see Cain's line: Cain (1st murderer), Irad (Fugitive), Mehujael (Smitten of God), Lamech (1st mass murderer, 1st polygamist), Adah (wife: ornament), Naamah (wife, Sweet, Pleasant) ... so the women are desirable, and the men have already rejected God. Then comes: ~ Genesis 5 we see Seth's line: Enosh (Seth's 1st born Genesis 4:26: Then men began to call upon the name of the Lord), Mahalalel (Praise of God), Enoch (Walked with God and was raptured), Methuselah (oldest man ever 969 years), Lamech (Godly father of Noah), Noah (God's preacher for 120 years before the flood, 1 of 8 saved). * I believe the context shows that God's Spirit was abiding with Seth's descendants until Gen 6, then the falling away of both genetic lines minus Noah. Here is just a couple of verses among dozens of God's warnings to His people not to marry idolators like Gen 6: ~ Deuteronomy 7:3-4; Furthermore, you shall not intermarry with them; you shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor shall you take their daughters for your sons. For they will turn your sons away from following Me to serve other gods; then the anger of the LORD will be kindled against you, and He will quickly destroy you." ~ Numbers 25:1-5; While Israel remained at Shittim, the people began to play the harlot with the daughters of Moab. For they invited the people to the sacrifices of their gods, and the people ate and bowed down to their gods. So, Israel joined themselves to Baal of Peor, and the Lord was angry against Israel. The Lord said to Moses, “Take all the leaders of the people and execute them in broad daylight before the Lord, so that the fierce anger of the Lord may turn away from Israel.’ So, Moses said to the judges of Israel, “Each of you slay his men who have joined themselves to Baal of Peor.” Paul warns against messages like this video that will distract believers from proselytizing and spend their efforts over nonsense: ~ 2 Timothy 4:3-4; "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths." Remember the Bible alone has everything a Christian needs.
Dear brother Tiff , I am a follower of you and have been for a long time. After much study on this issue I am certain that the sons of God in this circumstance are not fallen demonic angels. When the angels fell from heaven they no longer are his children . Romans 8:18-19 clearly tells us that the sons of God are those that have turned from serving Satan and have given their life to Christ and many more verses tell us this . Jesus told the Pharisees that they were of their father the devil. Now this heresy of fallen angels having sexual relations with earthly women was introduced by Catholic theologians in the first second and third century, this heresy is one of the reasons Martin Luther rebelled. I’m asking you to please remove this video. Jesus himself said that angels don’t and can’t marry, because nowhere in the Bible does it say they were given sexual organs . Using outside resources to interpret what you claim to be controversial scripture always bring confusion and division in the Body of Christ. In your opening statements you say that christians need to be respectful to one another regarding hard to interpret passages and basically we should all be as Jesus was. I have a problem with that. First of all not only are you teaching a theory that destroys Gods foreknowledge and sovereignty you’re using outside resources to make your case. For example you claim that Lamech killed Cain. I’m sorry but nowhere does the Bible even suggest that. How did Jesus respond to people who just presumed what they were doing and teaching was ok? John 2 says He made a whip and drove all of the money changers out of His Fathers House. We all know how he responded to the Scribes and Pharisees in Matthew 23? My point is, everything you’re teaching is pure speculation and it can only be confirmed with outside resources such as the Book of Enoch. This book is fantasy, mythology, and heresy all mixed in one and is the sole reason why many believe and teach as you do that the Sons of God are fallen angels. The Bible does not teach that. Jesus who is Gods only begotten Son can be traced back to Adam through the lineage of Seth. The Bible teaches every firstborn son is set apart for God and the Holy Seed passed down through the line of Seth. Gods wrath was poured out on mankind because of intermarriage between His sons and daughters with Cains sons and daughters. Ezra chapters 9 and 10 describes this with amazing accuracy. The Masoretic translation which unfortunately is in most of todays Bibles and came hundreds of years after Jesus says that the sons of God in Job 1:6, 2:1, 38:7 are angels and that is true, but the Septuagint never used the word son to describe an angel, only the Masoretic translation did. Deuteronomy 32:43 in the Septuagint uses both phrases, the sons of God and the angels of God should worship and strengthen themselves in Him(Jesus). Job:38:7 is completely different in the Masoretic translation from the Septuagint translation; When the stars were “created” the angels of God shouted for joy. That has an entirely different meaning in the Masoretic text. If you want to truly know who the sons of God are in Genesis 6 stick with the Bible, carefully study the lines of Seth and Cain, study all the scripture on how God viewed intermarriage between his sons and daughters with pagans, and find every verse from the Old to New Testament on who God actually called His children. Hebrew 1:5 is there for a reason. 2 Peter 2 is there for a reason. Good luck and God bless.

Demons & fallen angels are two completely different entities. Demons inhabit man because they are disembodied spirits or the “ghosts” of the Nephilim. Fallen Angels do not need to “possess” men, because they can take the physical form of man. Otherwise, excellent teaching as always. I appreciate you and your ministry

I grew up in the Baptist church all my life and your right to my recollection they never touched Genesis 6. This fallen angels theory seems to correlate well with historical depictions of all manner of hybrid half animal half human hybrids across many civilizations. It also makes more sense on why God would have felt it necessary to wipe the slate clean with all the tainted bloodlines to go along with all the other evils. I always felt in my heart that there was more to the story than I was told

* If God has made from 'ONE BLOOD' would that not eliminate the possibility of 1/2 angel - 1/2 human blood ever existing? Also, would not 'EVERY NATION' include the Anakin, Rephaim, Philistine etc. that some speculate are the descendants of angel/human unions? All the face of the earth would literally eliminate anywhere these supposedly hybrids could have existed.

@25:38 - the 66 canonical books comprising the Holy Bible; Old and New Testaments of the Lord Jesus Christ are the crucial books for realizing and understanding the need for a Savior. These are the books that most readily present to mankind the Gospel and the reasons for the death, burial, and resurrection of Messiah. There are limited number of reference to Sons of God by Moses in part because he is not teaching new topics to the people he is leading. He is giving a refresher course on the subjects which they are well versed. The Epic of Gilgamesh is a story of Nimrod which was transliterated by the Mesopotamians. Gilgamesh became one of the renown mighty ones of old. These recorded accounts of events which took place pre-creation and in the beginning and during the days in the Garden of Eden and into the days afterward beyond the expulsion from paradise are found in the books which councils of men removed from the mainstream Word of God. The Books which were omitted are books of great descriptive detail. Books like the Book of Enoch, Book of Jasher, and Jubilees to name three include more information on topics that Moses only briefly touches or mentions with no further details. Perhaps, since Moses was and others were aware of these texts, Moses did not include greater detail because sources for those were already in circulation among the people. These were part of tradition for a period of time greater than we have presently with having the compiled 66 Books of the Holy Bible. The Gospel of Jesus has been around for only about 2000 years.
As people spread out, the stories of history became legends and myths and folklore and the people who kept them put their own spin and names to the tales and accepted them as their own cultural and/or religious histories. A great example is the Greek mythological creatures and battles of titans and the immoral conjugations with human women and the resulting offspring and evil and wickedness of the gods. These stories became what they are today. This was actual recorded history. and Moses chose to include a brief reminder of what transpired to bring GOD to wipe out life on earth with the Flood. Wicked corruption and disobedience are the key reasons for the Flood. Moses also likely did not go into greater detail because the people were to be growing in a love and obedience to GOD and to leave the ways of sinful men behind them. The way to encourage goodness and love in someone is to not expose them to the evils and wickedness of men and to not rehash the events of old, but to begin anew and start fresh with a pilgrimage to the Promised Land. God chose Israel to become the example of what GOD will do for those who faithfully worship HIM.

This subject is actually very easy to teach, if one has a good relationship with God, Christ and the Spirit.
When man looks on the surface, they only go by surface value, but if the Spirit is truly with you and you ask for wisdom in God's Word, you will gain not just wisdom, but understanding.
With that wisdom and understanding, one can teach and preach in truth.

I can't get enough of this entire series, because I've listened to twice, cause I've had many questions from Others, and from myself, about angels, and demons.
Who are the Mighty men of Renown? In Gen 6?
This suggestion as to where Cain’s wife came from may be a bit lengthy, but please read it. Thank you. As recorded in Genesis 1:27, on the sixth day of creation, God “created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.” As recorded in the very next verse, verse 28, God said to them, “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…” Even though in the first chapter it is says that “male and female created He them,” in the second chapter, after God had earlier commanded the man not to eat of the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil,” is when it is recorded that God “made He a woman.” That shows there was some period of time between when God “formed man of the dust of the ground” and when He “made woman.” But it’s back in the first chapter where God commanded them, “Be fruitful, and multiply.” This plainly reveals that all that’s recorded is not in perfect chronological order. At the end of the second chapter, all it says is “And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.” Even though from the time of Adam’s creation when God had put him in the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it, then there came the time when God had commanded that he not partake of the forbidden tree of the knowledge of good and evil or he would surely die; then Adam had the time to give names all the cattle, to all the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field, following all that is when woman (Eve) was made, after which is when God must have given them His second command, “Be fruitful and multiply.” As recorded, there was some time between Adam’s creation and when Eve was made, but there is no record of how long it was before we come to the events recorded in the third chapter. There is no valid reason to believe they did not obey God’s second command to have children as soon as they were capable of gestation. Depending on how long it had actually been, with a normal maturation age of thirteen or fourteen years, over a period of eighty years there could have been as many as five or six generations of descendants, with children being born of each woman every year if so desired, since before what occurred in the third chapter there was no excessive pain in childbirth. And in those early years of being fruitful and multiplying there could have been no problem of intermarrying because there would be no other way at that time, to multiply. And again, before what occurred in the third chapter when Eve, and Adam after her, partook of the forbidden tree, and by one man sin entered into the world, all those born were born sinless, and thereby would have been “sons of God.” But that’s another subject. So, now we come to the fourth chapter, which is recorded the events leading up to the time when Cain went out from the presence of the Lord after he had slain his brother Abel, and married his wife in the land of Nod. This is where the birth of any of Adam and Eve’s children is first recorded. The bible doesn’t say so, but this doesn’t mean they had had no other children before that. In fact, at the end of chapter four, following when Cain had slain his brother, and he had married his wife in the land of Nod, the first recorded age of Adam after that had occurred was when Eve bares him another son, Seth, whom God appointed as another seed instead of Abel. Adam’s age at that time, as recorded in chapter 5, verse 3, was 130. Again, the bible doesn’t say so, but there’s no valid reason to believe that Adam and Eve had sinned just before their first children were born, and then it was 130 years before Cain slew Abel because he was wroth over his offering not being accepted by God, when Abel’s had been. So, in summary, with all that transpired before what occurred in chapter 3, even though not recorded, Adam was more than likely around 80 or 90 years of age when “the fall of man” occurred. That would allow for Cain and Abel, who are Adam’s first recorded children following his fall, to be around 40 or 50 years old when that tragic event occurred. These hypothetical ages are flexible, but when studying the many published biblical history timelines, what is conjectured is in no way contradictory or an exclusion of any event as biblically recorded. So, in conclusion, up until that time, while Adam and Eve were still sinless, is when five or six sinless generations of descendants were born and had migrated out from the garden to various lands, one of them being the land of Nod.

I thoroughly enjoyed this lesson. This is what I believe about the Nephilim being fallen angels or demons. My Sunday School teacher is of the opinion that the angels are sexless beings and unable to cohabitate with women. You just confirmed what I believe, but it's not something that a Christian would argue about, so I'll let him have his beliefs and I'll have mine.

Who are the 'sons of God' in Genesis 6? The same God of the OT is the God of the NT and His Word is truth.
There is only one verse that God defines the 'sons of God', and it is NOT a created type of being but rather those that are willing to be led by God's Spirit.
~ Romans 8:14; "For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God."
God defines the 'sons of God' in Genesis 6:2... from the text in Genesis 6:3.
~ Genesis 6; (2) the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose.
(3) Then the LORD said, “My 'SPIRIT' shall not 'ABIDE' in 'MAN' forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.”

These marriages in Gen 6:2 is causing God to immediately proclaim that His Spirit will not be with these people.
The remainder of Gen 6 God tells of mighty MEN, MEN of renown, the wickedness of MEN and MEN were thinking only evil thoughts continually. So, God was sorry that He had created MEN, and says He will blot out MEN from the face of the earth.
What is missing? Angel/women/hybrid demigods. That narrative is found in Godless books like Enoch.

This passage is a better fit for what happened in Gen 6 before the flood. It eliminates the questions about how did these giants survive the flood? Did God fail to eradicate the Nephilim giants and made Joshua finish the task of giant slayer? NO, I am sure there were very tall people in Noah's day, and even Noah may have been a giant. The Bible does not give us any of these details, but to suggest that only angels can create giants is unbiblical. That is like saying Samson had to be a descendant of angels because no human could be that strong. God is the creator of ALL life; angels cannot create life.
So why would God suspend his natural law of procreation in (Gen 1), allow angels to marry and mate with women and then God would breathe life into these hybrid demigods? This is lunacy.
Chapters 3,4 & 5 give CONTEXT to what happened in Genesis 6, the entire Bible confirms what happened, and it was lust, pagan worship, and God's punishment.
So, in Gen 4 we see Cain's line: Cain (1st murderer),

Lamech (1st mass murderer, 1st polygamist),
Adah (wife: ornament),

Methuselah (oldest man ever 969 years),

Dear brother Tiff , I am a follower of you and have been for a long time. After much study on this issue I am certain that the sons of God in this circumstance are not fallen demonic angels. When the angels fell from heaven they no longer are his children . Romans 8:18-19 clearly tells us that the sons of God are those that have turned from serving Satan and have given their life to Christ and many more verses tell us this . Jesus told the Pharisees that they were of their father the devil. Now this heresy of fallen angels having sexual relations with earthly women was introduced by Catholic theologians in the first second and third century, this heresy is one of the reasons Martin Luther rebelled. I’m asking you to please remove this video. Jesus himself said that angels don’t and can’t marry, because nowhere in the Bible does it say they were given sexual organs . Using outside resources to interpret what you claim to be controversial scripture always bring confusion and division in the Body of Christ. In your opening statements you say that christians need to be respectful to one another regarding hard to interpret passages and basically we should all be as Jesus was. I have a problem with that. First of all not only are you teaching a theory that destroys Gods foreknowledge and sovereignty you’re using outside resources to make your case. For example you claim that Lamech killed Cain. I’m sorry but nowhere does the Bible even suggest that. How did Jesus respond to people who just presumed what they were doing and teaching was ok? John 2 says He made a whip and drove all of the money changers out of His Fathers House. We all know how he responded to the Scribes and Pharisees in Matthew 23? My point is, everything you’re teaching is pure speculation and it can only be confirmed with outside resources such as the Book of Enoch. This book is fantasy, mythology, and heresy all mixed in one and is the sole reason why many believe and teach as you do that the Sons of God are fallen angels. The Bible does not teach that. Jesus who is Gods only begotten Son can be traced back to Adam through the lineage of Seth. The Bible teaches every firstborn son is set apart for God and the Holy Seed passed down through the line of Seth. Gods wrath was poured out on mankind because of intermarriage between His sons and daughters with Cains sons and daughters. Ezra chapters 9 and 10 describes this with amazing accuracy. The Masoretic translation which unfortunately is in most of todays Bibles and came hundreds of years after Jesus says that the sons of God in Job 1:6, 2:1, 38:7 are angels and that is true, but the Septuagint never used the word son to describe an angel, only the Masoretic translation did. Deuteronomy 32:43 in the Septuagint uses both phrases, the sons of God and the angels of God should worship and strengthen themselves in Him(Jesus). Job:38:7 is completely different in the Masoretic translation from the Septuagint translation; When the stars were “created” the angels of God shouted for joy. That has an entirely different meaning in the Masoretic text. If you want to truly know who the sons of God are in Genesis 6 stick with the Bible, carefully study the lines of Seth and Cain, study all the scripture on how God viewed intermarriage between his sons and daughters with pagans, and find every verse from the Old to New Testament on who God actually called His children.
