AT LAST !!!! Seems like the only person in the whole world that knows exactly what setting 6 means!! Have searched EVERYWHERE to no avail until I found your video..well done sir and a thorough "walk thhrough" of how to pair them..A BIG THUMBS UP to you😊😊😊😊😊
FINALLY! Something that utterly clarifies & details all of the inherent mysteries of the External BT TPMS units! It took me far too long to find your video & learn how these sets work. Thank you for sharing!
It wasn't cooperating with me when I got it in from shipment so i did a hard reset from the manual but it only made it worse. It's only picking up the front left and rear right. Hopefully your video saved would save me from running it over. Thanks bro .awesome on point tutorial!
Wow!!!!! I thought I wasted my money on this unit. Thanks to you. It’s not a waste of money. Your instructions are so clear. You talk at the right pace! Excellent work thank you so much.!!
I was trying to figure out pairing when I came to this video, it didn't work but then I went to my manual and it said drive to 20km/h and they will all auto pair, indeed they did. Good video explaining rest of the features
Aside your magnificent explanation, your pronunciation and clear diction makes more valuable your video. Tanks. By the way, I paired the sensors successfully
too good... really trouble shooter... as I could not get the reading... I paired as per your advise and it suddenly it started showing off the reading.. so thank u so much for saving my money as I was about to throw it out of the window...
THANK YOU DUDE...Your tutorial save my live, it works like a charm, after trow 3 of this ones on the trash, for dont know how to solve this problems! Thank you, thank you alot!!!
Thank you so much for doing this video! I went and checked all my batteries and labels. They were correct. 🙂. The readings for me were off by like 1psi not too bad.
Thanks bro you really save my life i was totally exhausted trying to pair the 4 sensors .. it was giving me low battery symbol but after pairing by your way it finally worked .. thank you very much 🥰
Thank You .... awesome turorial mate... good job with the crystal clear explanation. been suffering from acute headache for the past 2 hours upon opening the box and now the headache is now gone instantly. keep up the good work. cant thank you enough.. u save me from another white hair 👍👍👍
Love the video, as we have installed this on my caravan the signal is too far from the dash to the sensors do you know if I can get some sort of signal booster.. thanks again for the great video
Aha mate, these cheap ones don't come with a booster or a repeater. You might want to consider getting one from TyrePal (www.tyrepal.co.uk), it's more expensive but they make ones that are specific for for caravans.
Tried your tutorial but still same problem tpms is not pairing with the sensor. Also tried to check the batteries with voltmeter no problem all all are reading 3 volts. What seems to be the problem. Thanks
Thanks for the video. In my case I have the small cigarette lighter reader plus 4 sensors. One of them needed to be replaced and I had a spare but only showing flashing 00
Very well explained...thankyou. Is there a way to 'delete' 2 of the Sensors. I am putting these on a Caravan and only want to see Sensors 0 and 1. I would rather have Sensors 2 & 3 completely blank rather than have them 'flashing'.
Thanks this is a good video. However I had already installed the adaptors onto the tyre stems. Now they seem to be stuck... Also I can only pair two of the tyres I kind of wish I hadn't bothered if it was going to be this much trouble.
Thanks so much for your tutorial. A great help. I do still have an issue with the display showing the wrong values. Especially the C,* temp. They vary sitting still from 7C to 27C . Its like it's stuck. Could the sensors be stuck,?
Very helpful sir I thought i wasted my money bcoz d one sensor doesnt respond always zero and unaccurate..same prduct on ur vdeo.the solution is just a matter of pairing all d.sensors.
Hi boss. Does your tpms update fast? I just bought and install this kind of tpms to my car. But it takes around 10 minutes of driving for the tpms monitor to be updated with new data. Of course, I have paired all 4 sensors on all 4 tires. But I have to drive 10 minutes for it to update new data. Then when it updates, I have to drive another 10 minutes for the monitor to update again. So let say if I drive in 1 hour, it updates only like 5-6 times. I don't expect live updates, but 10 minutes update feel a bit long. Does your tpms like that too?
this was a great explanation on how to use this. I am wondering if you can answer a question.. my unit instuctions says "pressure copes 14-87 PSI". I am wanting to use this for a small tent trailer single axle. (I don't find the range anywhere, however hoping this is possible..) I am about to purchase new tires but I have read that often max PSI for trailer tires is 85PSI (and I have seen at least one that was 90PSI). Does that mean that this unit will not go higher than 87PSI? Therefore it won't work for higher pressure rated tires? Also, when I try to program the low end of the PSI, the highest PSI I can put in is 35PSI which would seem not to help at all with the higher pressure tires. I don't know much at all about tires, but any help you could offer would be appreciated. Thank you for the excellent tutorial!
Hello, thanks for the great video. Is there a way to set the low pressure alarm below 17 psi. I wanted to use this on a vehicle with tire pressures around 12-15 psi so the alarm constantly goes off.
Good evening, the video is very good. Thank you for giving us your knowledge. a query, perform all the steps but the sensors do not send a signal to the screen, what could it be?
Have you checked the battery on the sensors? It could be that you have a bad reader unit or the reader unit is not getting enough electrical power. You can try by connecting to USB instead of solar. Remember - these are cheap electronics that aren't really super high quality, so you may just have a bad unit.
Thanks for the excellent video..I have the same uniy for 2 years and has been working perfect until recently when the auto sleep function doesn't work. So the unit will run out of battery really fast. Now I have to continuously charge the unit in order to use the unit . Is there a way to enable the auto sleep mode back?
@@roadrangermy4354 Im not sure what I did, but the auto sleep function is back. I leave it on the dash for solar charging and it never needs charging by USB anymore.
As far as I know, you cannot calibrate these sensors and they're not really very accurate. They work best just to sort of tell you "roughly" what the pressure is. I mainly use mine so that I know if I have a sudden puncture while driving and for actual pressure measurement I use a pen-type pressure meter each time I pump up the tires.
Well done sir. But in my case i did everything right but after I put Battery into sensors and cover its cap then trying to fit in the valve but nothing happens at all. No pairing . What should I do?
Yeah same here. I lost my FL sensor so I bought a replacement online but when I tried the steps, it did not work. Checked the insides of the sensor but there is no number "0" indicated like shown in the video. I think the reader unit is not communicating with the new replacement sensor. 🥴🥴
Hi I never explain myself right can you tell me what is the maximum bar or psi does his equipment go because on my motor own it will not take it up to 80 psi thank you for your time
Hi I wonder if you could help me I brought the tire sensor When the sensor connects to the wheel the tyre pressure does not go up to 80 psi it only shows on my monitor 50 does this equipment does not go to ATPS I look forward to your comments
Oh that's a good question, I actually have no idea. Are you using it on a motorhome? I think these cheap sensors are made for cars and may not be able to handle the pressure of heavier vehicles. You may need to look for TPMS sensors made specifically for heavy vehicles.
Hi just wondering if there is a signal booster as I have a large caravan that they are fitted to and when monitor is in my jeep I donot get updated information?
What do you think is the matter when the RR pressure on the reader just isn't showing anymore? This is just after about 2 weeks of normal display. What should I do?
Thanks for the video Bro! Mine only couple months old but since day 1 the FR always shows 6 psi more than the rest i took them off today and factory reset it, not the sensor ID are all showing 00.00 and wont pair. Any idea? Pretty sure it's not the battery as it's fairly new.
Hello, the measurements of these devices are generally different. Even if all conditions are equal and tire pressures are the same, it shows different pressure values on the screen. Is there a calibration or +/- correction factor for this?
Hey jonjonmd, no I don't, I've never opened mine up before. The batteries are not meant to be replaceable inside the receiver unit but I reckon that it most probably uses a cheap 1-cell lithium ion battery in it. You could probably get a similar battery from eBay or Amazon and solder it in yourself but I would advise against it because if you don't get the battery specs exactly right, you could risk an explosion when the solar tries to recharge the batteries.
Great Explanation Sir. Love it ! I have aftermarket internal sensors. The lighter plug in monitor beeps continuously and only one wheel reads which is also incorrect . Can this be repaired? Or should I just put in a new external one. Thanking you in advance
I have the same sensor but on a motor cycle so only 2 sensors and a small main display....the front sensor will not connect with the main unit.....the battery reads 3v on my battery tester.....any ideas guys.
Instructions with my unit were very poor. Your tutorial is brilliant.

Hi just wondering if there is a signal booster as I have a large caravan that they are fitted to and when monitor is in my jeep I donot get updated information?
I've never seen a signal booster for these, but I recall seeing a more expensive one that was meant for caravans which claimed a longer range etc.
If I need to pairing only one (RR) of the sensors, do I need to remove the battery of the 3 sensors (FL FR RL) that already pairing?
No you don't actually need to do that.
hi.. just bought the external sensor... and later on bought the internal sensors only . is it compatible with the unit?..

No it doesn't. I switch mine off when I park and turn it back on before I drive.
Do you need to balance tires ?
I don't think you do, I didn't do it with mine
Hi, thanks the video where can i get this?
Can we plug all the 4 sensors first on tyres, after that we do pairing one by one?
The pairing signal is triggered when the reader sees a change in pressure, so that's why you shouldn't install it first.
Hello, the measurements of these devices are generally different. Even if all conditions are equal and tire pressures are the same, it shows different pressure values on the screen. Is there a calibration or +/- correction factor for this?
No not really, these low cost sensors aren't great for pressure accuracy.
