Jungle man sound had stacks of Dubplates from all of the artist in Jamaica from albums that would be released along with specials singing about JUNGLE MAN SOUND.. The most Dubplates we have ever seen in our lives was from Jungle man sound. Facts!!
I remember Bismark sound play a lot at Horizon in Smethwick not far from West Bromwich Albion FC , Jah Massigan hail from Beeches Road West Bromwich what a dance , even Horizon when most sounds past through. Like Sanotone hifi, Duke City, Sufferer from Edgbaston etc .memories by the score.
Need to hear a interview with jungleman alone. In those days there was revolution going on so things had to be the way they were on a musikal cultural level.. Thats why the music was raw.... I like how jungle spoke about the session with shaka and how shaka thought that he could control the session and every sound men rallied around jungle man sound and the dubplate showdown went down and it was all over shaka! Great show..big up each and each and one who made it possible! Turn up the microphones more and light up the studios as well.
