Brampton was made into a village in 1853. It took its name from the town of Brampton, England. Brampton was once known as The Flower Town of Canada. Today, the city is the home of the national headquarters of Loblaw Companies, HBC/Zellers, Bacardi, Brita, Clorox and other companies. The city is also home to Canadian Forces Army Reserve unit The Lorne Scots (Peel, Dufferin and Halton Regiment).

The buildings are to tall for this city.
It takes off the charm of a beautiful confortable suburb.
I know right But that’s new development in the GTA for you. Ugly style homes that are barely apart from each other and monstrous condos that don’t belong in the suburbs. I miss the days when they made bungalows but now the old bungalows are getting torn down to be made into monster homes. Sooner or later most of the GTA won’t speak English. if you were American or British I envy your suburbs.

Mississauga is cheaper than Toronto but still insanely expensive, rent is $2000+ for a decent house. Hamilton is cheap but riddled with druggies.

Absolutely. There's a lot of parks, community centres , good schools and amenities for families.
Not to mention how safe the city is.

Too much turning and not really going anywhere and not one continuous trip.
So is everyone speaking PUNJABI there yet?
Stopped after 1 minute, horrible driving. When, people want to merge onto highway, move over or speed up to get out of the way. You actually slow down and drive at same speed as traffic trying to merge. You are the reason for highway slowdowns
