I have both L'Adventure Femme and Amber Oud Gold Edition both as you said are long lasting and are amazing!! A little goes a long way! I have been getting into Middle Eastern fragrances. Although it is a trend right now most people are not wearing them so I like smelling different. I get a lot of compliments. I want to try other Middle Eastern fragrances.
Amy, I’m glad you said that the Amber Oud Gold was not a dupe for Erba Pure as I said the same. I was actually a little disappointed because after many reviews, I thought this was a dupe for Erba Pura and to my nose, it’s closer to Tiziana Terenzi’s Cassiopea

Wow ok, I own Erba Pura and Amber Oud Gold, but Erba Pura is way more refined, smooth, great unisex and this amber, ufff, combined with this fruit cocktail is not comparable to Amber Oud Gold imo, Amber Oud Gold is totally girly and just not as unique and lux, but that's just the taste;) Ps tried the famous Erba Pura - Baccarat Rouge 540 EdP layering combo, and I'm telling you, if you own both, try that (both fragrances are mainly layering fragrances for me, alone great to of course, but layered is where the magic happens,n for my nose:)
I have the L'Aventure Femme and it smells so good and you're right it last so long. I was still smelling it on me the next day. It gets a thumbs 👍 up in my book

I'm drawn to Middle Eastern vibes except for rose. Seems they all have rose and I don't like rose in fragrance. Love actual roses, but my worst fail was a choky-rose fragrance Wisal Dhahab, one everyone raved about. I let it sit for months, tested again last night and just gagged. I love the notes on the Amber Oud Gold Edition, no rose. Green notes can be challenging at times, depending on if they smell like fresh mown grass, but I'd take a chance on that if I could find an affordable bottle of it. Thanks for this analysis, Amy.

Thanks! I have the gold edition and it lasts for forever! It’s every close to Erba Pura …. I tested them on skin! Also I’m waiting on the gold to arrive! I saw that it was a duo of the original! I’ll be testing that as well

It bums me out that almost all fragrances that have 🍍 you either can't smell it much or it leans masculine 😭 I wish Angel Iced Star was permanent bc that 🍍 fragrance is 🔥 Enjoyed hearing about these!

I’ve been wanting to tell you to try the la’venture femme and Amber oud gold but I thought maybe they would be strong for your nose
I struggle so much with them 😩😖 one moment I hate them, then all of a sudden I love them, then something kinda always feels a little strong in the dry down. I think with time I’ll end up loving them once my nose matures a bit more. 🥰 this last time I tried them, they were definitely becoming much better than the first time I tried them.
How does the femme and gold differ? I already have femme and so would you say they are similar to own both? Also did any of these stay in your collection?
Yeah😁You’re either a “Chanel Woman” or you’re not… She demands attention when she enters and leaves a lasting impression after her exit… I would say Chanel Parfums are more for that “certain woman”… they are beautiful IMO however No.5 is an iconic parfum specifically for a particular body chemistry. The silage is amazing though.
