Scott, since most dragons have an underground nest area, you should build a decent sized dragon dome then dig underground and have all the nests for each dragon.
I read wings of fire, And a lot of these are SeaWing names, But here’s some suggestions: Boy; Reef, Manta, Turtle, Ray, Octopus, Cereluean (Cant spell oh gosh) Whirlpool, Poseidon, Neptune Girl: Anemone, Coral, Atlantis, Tidal, Seafoam, Atlanta, Auklet(A sea bird) Or Tsunami, Or Cuttlefish?
Inconspicuous Turtles They shouldn't be Seawing names, they should be ICEWING names because it's an ICE dragon. Names include things like: Penguin Polar Boras Glacier Winter Frost bite Wolf Blizzard Frost Fjord Nimbus And those are what I can think of off the top of my head.
Here are some name suggestions for the Sapphire dragon: If it is a girl, name her Saphira, after Eragon's dragon in the Inheritance Cycle, which is my favorite book series, and if it is a boy, name it Safire (misspelling intended)

You could try to switch up the pens by making a giant (maybe underground?) fiery, lava crystal for the fire looking dragons, and for the cold looking dragons in a icy, watery crystal. Maybe green is a jungley, earth crystal, or dusk and dawn could be half light half dark. I don't know, just a suggestion.

The temple thing is madusas castle, you need to make a blindfold, go into the temple flick the two switches, go down the stairs that open up when you flick the switches and kill Medusa (which is pretty easy) then you get madusas head and with it you can turn something into stone even players and mobs

So I know you said that building the circles are a hastle but what if you made a giant pen like the one in how to train your Dragon and then make it partially underground and just make giant boxes for each of the dragons and then a giant dome up top or something, it'd be HUGE but you could put in a few pens and or leave them all in the 'arena' style dome
