Here is the recipe for for your convenience :-
Ingredients and its quantity:-
To pressure cook Mutton :-
Mutton Chops - 500 gm
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Tomato - 100 gm
Water - 100 ml
Salt as needed.
To make masala paste :-
Oil - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Corn - 1 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 150 gm
Chopped Ginger - 20 gm
Chopped Garlic - 30 gm
For final preparation :-
Oil - 2 tbsp
Fennel - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaf - 3 sprig
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaf - to garnish
