for the mini game of memorizing the roots, just use your phone for quick shoot. 5s is more than enough to take pictures.
I have tried it 5 second to take photo is ok,
but 15 second to match the photo with our act to turn all roots is very short time

Good video Chris. It is important we understand if the 10x also applies to the hedgehog procs as otherwise we would basically lose resources playing the minigames. What is the feedback from the people on KR server playing it?
YES, sadly I can't test it with Hedgehog, since I didn't have it on KR server, on KR server, people just turn on this minigame for some gathering content that they ok to play, mostly for butchering, tanning, lumbering, and fluid collecting, but some very lazy to play mining and hoe gathering
did you check can you get minigame with hunting? its wierd one but after you hunt somthing, you do butcher it with butcher knife
Wow. I had completed this questline then swapped to a different char and the root gathering game came up and didn't know what to do. Since I'm not co-ordinated enough to use that one, I'll go Lumbering or hide collecting instead.
yeah that was memory game, I also personally think that the hardest minigame from this content, remember 5-6 roots location on 6x6 square with those variant color very confusing
Hey, please help - I passed the quests, activated the minigame in the Life menu (Green Artisan: Activated) and continue to collect normally, without the minigame? How to fix this ?
Honestly I just hope the chances to trigger the mini-game aren't too low, and I wish you only spent something like 5 or 6 energy. That way, this would be a true buff and I think Gathering needs it. I mean, I don't mind if the minigames suck (they seem like they do, they look annoying) but they need to be rewarding, or else it'll be just another bad feature in this game. Also, failing the minigame shouldn't cost 10 energy, it should be like milking. You spend less energy if you fail. That's more fair. I think our wasted time and the annoyance of having tried doing the minigames is punishment enough.

Isn't this a loss? imagine there are times when you gather you don't lose energy especially if you have a high gathering level, but when you do this mini game you consume 10 energy instantly.
No, since this minigame not 100% always appear, if you gathering didnt consume energy this minigame wont appear
Lokaria gathering is already dead, they try to push this again for regular gathering with the new area, it's the worst of all mini games
btw this minigame is different than Lakiaro gathering, and this minigame can be activate on any area on BDO, not only on New region
I don't get this mechanic. It gives us 10x more the usual gathering amount but costs 10 energy. Chopping 1 tree and getting 10 log for 10 energy is the same as chopping 10 trees getting 1 log for 1 energy. It's a timesaver, but I don't see it being useful since the yields are kinda the same.
but the time is not same, that the point for this content, and you also can get Milenial ginseng if play this minigame

I think the most ok is lumbering minigame, but the hardest is hoe gathering as I mention here >.
As new player that start playing because if all new promotions i wanna know wtf is artisan lvl 1 why I need one and how to get one as fast possible. It should be part of this tutorial.

so far, PA didn't mention any restriction for specific gathering item, so can assume that also work, since this minigame come in chance, not always appear

I mean imagine two options new minigame and regular gatherin. so new u spend 100 or 200 energy but you can only get like 80% of materials and thats a good trade off because u only do that a couple of times and u use all the energy... so regular gathering still has its place for hardcore players. because new mini game is very dummy in my opinion...
