@@sshivan.v7188 well its a little rougher vibe then that track but im binging Schwefelgelb right know. There plenty of great artists. Im from Germany aswell but im mostly into Techno wich is a little rougher. When it comes to melodic the already mentioned Christian Löffler is awesome tho. Hm ich can look into it and send some stuff later.
Today after a sunset, I went to the rooftop of my apartment building, smoked a joint while looking down at the quarantine ghostown and listening to UTOPIA and HELL ON EARTH at max volume. Never thought such feeling exists; no future, no past, just one cold, dark present moment that stretches itself far away in the void of time and space.

Such a great track and such a great video! This is my personal interpretation:
The protagonists cross paths the first time at the beginning of the evening, both from different walks of life but both very lonely in their own way. When their eyes catch each other they get this electrifying feeling that you sometimes get with some people, but neither of them acts on it and they both continue to go about their evening but keep thinking of that moment. She goes partying and he goes about his "business" of selling drugs.
Later at the club he gets busted and dragged in front of the club for selling bad or cut drugs, she finds herself in front of the club because of an overdose or maybe even his bad drugs. For a second their eyes catch each other again before she collapses and he has to continue defending himself, this time the situation preventing any of them acting on it.
Then we se him driving home and her in the ambulance, both dreaming about a better, happy life with the other, ending their loneliness. But ultimately they both keep living on their same old lives, both lonely in their own way. She because ultimately her life despite being in a secure social situation feels empty and meaningless, he because of the life of crime and insecurity his social circumstances brought him into. And all they have of each other are these two short moments where their eyes caught each other that made them dream of a better life.

Everytime i'm high and everybody went sleeping I always find myself in a corner with my headphones, way too focused on this video, the algorithm knows.
10/10 for the immersion, I would watch a whole fast paced movie with these amazing instrumentals.
Every dream that we have can become reality to us in a feeling. But that utopia, that illusion of reality in which we dissolve just to live our most desirable lives, gets trapped and destroyed by the actual hell we live in. The system, technology, mass manipulation and power.
Kas:st grasped exactly this. The natural human need of being FREE, and getting set up by all of this mess. And so we appeal to revolutionary acts, to mind altering substances and we isolate ourselves, because of fear and because of the incapacity of escaping. It's a true problem.
Whenever I hear this reality through Kas:sts songs, my eyes water and I just can't stop myself from thinking what it is there that surrounds me. And where am I exactly?
All I know is that love is the only home I have found. I can only close my eyes and dream when I lay on loves chest and fall asleep.

However, I disagree that drugs become.a problem 'most of the time' - as there are hundreds of millions of users out there, who have no issues whatsoever, it's actually only a small percentage who develop problems. People just need to know how to be safe, stay educated and only partake if they know they can safely. Peace n love!
yes and no. drugs can drastically enhance your appreciation and perception of life, they can connect you to humanity and show you emotions, places and experiences you would never access without them. But for some the draw is too strong to stay in those experiences and chase them until they are nothing but addiction, and that’s the negative side of it all. Not everyone ends up like this and I don’t think anyone has the right to tell you that you can’t experience these things, as they can be very therapeutic and healing, you can grow a lot from these experiences, but they can also be life shatteringly destructive - it’s up to you to accept that heavy responsibility.

Can we, for a moment, appreciate one of thee most astounding aspects of this video?
It is that, when you scroll the through the comments you notice different people have written their different interprations,of the piece, The video does not make sense at the first second, and more often leaves you confused about the details aswell. It stays alive each time you watch, and it is quite open to comment, it actually thrills you in this way, invites you to see itself and be a part of it. In a way this really resembled Stanley Kubrick's cinematography (The Shining's director) to me although they are quite unrelated pieces. But not only that, there is a wild universe the viewers themselves add in to the video, again as they watch it. It's a beautiful phenomenon, but isn't that exactly the true meaning of wild good art? A story the user is inherently pulled to connect themselves, and also do that emotionally. In such a way that you find yourself in the protoganists of the video is a story of value, in this case... A good synergy of music and video. That is the meaning of a truly beautiful art bewildering like this, it demands to be felt.
In a way this also reminds me of Breaking Bad... because of the stuff i mentioned above, but interestingly breaking bad is famous, I know kas:st is quite famous and good in their field... can't help but see this nice piece has only 5 millions... Doesn't matter really, a masterpiece is still a masterpiece even when the lights are turned off, the room is empty and even more so... Without the applaud. A film of value is never long enough.

@@youngblood5394 yeah, techno. Look for Mutabor club. In my opinion it is the best place ever. Unfortunately my comment is not valid anymore. Recently Moscow authorities limited working hours for clubs and other public venues like cafes and restaurants so that they are closed from 11 p.m till 6 a.m.
