I think it's because of their Ni, they gather the facts like they said on Se and then their brain starts narrowing it down in concepts, getting it more detailed in their abstract understanding, until it's so narrowed down they get to that a-ha moment that people say about Ni. So these guys say "just keep watching, eventually you'll get it", because that's how they got it and because they can't really put those concepts out there in a way that is understandable for others, and because frankly it also gives them money. So if you don't operate on Ni, you have to take the information you get here and go wild with your ideas until you find something that works for you, or watch something from an Ne user, or from someone who doesn't just want you to pay for their website.

RunReilly to be honest with you I don’t feel like I understand it enough to explain it. That’s Ni. As for Ne, I completely have no idea how it works at all. I’m sorry. But the revelation I had here was that having Ni works with Se. Ni is about organizing concepts and connecting everything together into a big picture, until you have a map and every time you experience something new you try to organize it with the map you already have. I feel like I am always trying to find the patterns of how things work or their essence and seeing the similarities between them. It’s like always trying to jam everything into pre defined categories to simplify them. But Se is the one gathering everything from the outside world, and the Ni takes it and organizes it. So even though I have an Se demon, I still find myself taking care of a lot of details. In general when the function is introverted it is very deep, inward focused, whereas the extroverted function is more broad but on a surface level. I’m not an expert so I may be off. There was another such glass behind him with a liquid of the same color, though I couldn’t see if there was a skull, and the green was bubbling out of that one. There was a fire to its right. Sure, I saw the “scientist’s stuff” box, but that seemed to be the least notable thing. Yeah, and I noticed the guy had red hair that was standing on end, and his eyes were red. Ok, I mean I think I’m Ne... but my hubs and I are signing up for your class to let you digest our ENFP and INFP personalities we test as those so we shall see though hahaha looooove the ending!!! You guys make me laugh sooooooo much!!
I've been trying to really grasp the difference between these two for a while (myself being an Ne user) and just had an epiphany that I think explains it in a way that feels concrete and experiential for me vs. abstract. Both Ne and Ni want to understand the generalized rules or "concepts" behind things. They want to understand how the specific thing they're perceiving (event, object, information etc.) fits into the larger scheme of the world. What is it an "instance" of? For both Ne and Ni, things are only meaningful when they're "an instance" of a particular pattern or framework. When they exemplify a particular concept. I never resonated with the description of intuition as "pattern recognition", because my own Ne never felt that way to me - I never felt like I was going out "looking for a bunch of patterns", and if you asked me to tell you about some patterns I saw in the world, I couldn't tell you anything. But if I reframe "recognizing patterns" to mean that every time I come across something, I try to understand "what concept it's an instance of" (i.e. where it fits in my framework of the world), then that makes perfect sense, and it's something I feel myself doing all the time. Now, both Ne and Ni are trying to understand what concepts the things they're seeing and experiencing are "instances of". The difference is where they focus their attention. For an Ni, they focus on the concept and hold that as their constant. So they're looking for many "instances" of one concept. Information is meaningful to then when it can be applied to that one concept, which they often hold as a universal truth. So the way they use "pattern recognition" is by finding as many instances of their one concept, and using those instances as data points to refine their concept. Ne's, on the other hand, focus on the "thing", and hold that as their constant. So instead of trying see how many "instances" fit into one concept, they're trying to see how many concepts fit into this one instance. They want to know how many different angles they can take to look at something, and what they can learn about what this instance "means" from each of those angles. So they use "pattern recognition" by finding as many concepts for their one thing, and using those concepts to highlight and illuminate different aspects of that thing. So to conclude, Ne and Ni are both applying generalized concepts to the things they perceive in order to understand them. But Ne's just care about the thing that's right in front of them, and want to understand that thing as thoroughly as possible by applying different lenses to it (which gives them a strong structural understanding of things, for those of you who are familiar with socionics), while Ni's care about understanding some deeper truth about the nature of the universe, and use the things they see or experience as tools to refine that truth or vision.
ENFP here. I can't tell you how many times I've written the word "stuff" on post-it notes. However, for some reason in that cartoon the word "stuff" stuck out and felt of place immediately, even before the girl mentioned it.

This is late Ik but the types are usually correlated with attachment style, so if you do some research into attachment style and which type has which style you’ll have a better idea of how they deal w heartbreak I’m assuming.
@@verucajouriles190 this is a great idea on how to handle this situation, and get to the information needed - so awesome! Thank you for sharing it with us
From my experience I guess rather than random, abstract ideas, Ne ideas come from the fact that Si is boring information to me. Therefore I remember a boring old fact, but I then come up with a cool use for it. Then I expand on that idea based on other useless information I've stored over the years. So it's kind of unconscious memory patterns rather than random thoughts.
I have no idea what I am anymore. For longest the time I thought I was feminine Si and masculine Ne but I really don't have any Martha Stewart attachment towards my things so I must Se and Ni But then I do have a strong dislike for repetition with a slight different color variety (that stuff drives me crazy) which I thought that was what Enxps are prone to be doing.
Chance The Se savior with Play first almost always think they have Ne. It’s even more so for FF for what I’ve seen so far and the math make sense for that.
I honestly think that if someone's lead Ne, they can do Ni as well, and vice versa. I have a bad memory and my house is a mess (demon Si?), and life often bites me with stuff I can't handle such as a car breaking down (demon Se?). So I don't feel like I fit that easily into Dave's system, and I'm definitely not surprised to see others wondering about this as well. However, like you, I definitely prefer the new over what I already know. And even though I do a lot of Ni as a software engineer (systemizing patterns for my colleagues and end users), after I'm happy with the result I move on and don't look back, no attachments. From my understanding so far that would be lead Ne. But then again, doubting how useful this information really is.
@@savagestudio9666 I can see that since Se and Ne are about exploration. But in the end, if you are Se/Ni you'll see that your creative ideas are (most likely) about synthesis.
Matt Bonneville Agréé that Se Ni have conclusion or a break down of some sort while Ne Si explore various aspects. I just want to mention two components that can mistake an Se savior.

My mana always said, "life is like a box of chariot wheels just waiting to escape." Rollin down the Babylonians is just another day at the office for this demiurge.
I wonder if it's normal to grow out of Ne? Or if my traumatic childhood caused me to go from Ni to Ne. Expanding an idea from a past experience can be used to adapt and predict unstable environments. But now that I'm older and have done a lot of trauma healing I feel my Ne slipping. I also think or feel there isn't anything profoundly new to explore my Ne with.
We don't bounce between Ni and Ne, we have a dominant measure of one. Ni for me, my personality is INFJ, I was turbulent, got ahead in a lot of aspects of life (matured) and became assertive. The funny thing is, professionally and in dealing with other guys I have always been very assertive. Understanding myself, pealing that onion back and relating to others honestly is where I found growth, lacked maturity.
@@notjohn2672 nope, look at James Hetfield from Metallica. He's INTJ. (There's other examples too, the is just the one coming to mind atm.) So your theory doesn't fit
I think the Ni/Fi jumpers typically have dark hair. Ni/Te don't, usually. For example, Andrew Garfield is Ni/Fi, he has dark hair. But I know 3 other INTJs, one of which is my friend that are Ni/Te, and they all have light eyes and blonde hair. Being that you're Ni/Te as well, you fit the pattern. Not saying this is necessarily accurate, but it's a small connection I've noticed.
Ne is the most "intellectual" on the theories and concepts. On the concepts field, more savy. Apparently makes them usually better at school or intellectual education, and languages/writing, and relatively better at abiding by the Law (Only in general obviously, respecting the Si specificity of it and more wide Ne ramifications). Maybe also makes you more loyal (Si) to people.
Wow, how could the impressions of the ending differ so much ... for me, it was totally like: "What the heck is this ending about? Not funny nor interesting at all." ... isn't it amazing? :)

It's really hard for me to tell which one I am. I personally think I'm Ni because that description matches my thought process, how I consider my thought process. Like, I love to break something down and cover every single point on an idea. But I think I'm more of an ENFP or infp. But I just don't jump around like that. I'm not manic like that. I think if you have high Ni you also use Ne a lot in your subconscious so maybe that's why. Or maybe I'm just like a little bit different cuz I really don't get along with a lot of people
for the scientist one i thought maybe hes trying to turn into a lizard like the guy in spiderverse its like the einstein in gorilla tag and he's a scientist so the acid in the room must have turned his eyes red then finally: Wait why is his lab BURNING
I pretend to use Se all the time when i'm using Ne. Even my imagination is conceptual. If you ask me to imagine a red ferrari I do not see an image of a formula 1 car or a luxury sports car. I literally unconsciously check in my head at super speed if I understand the concept of red, the concept of a ferrari and then the concept of a red ferrari and go "okay I understand". My minds eye works fine though, I just don't use it so it's probably underdeveloped

I have two stories from my childhood of how my sister and I got stuck in a room. Two different rooms, two different times. The first time was when we went to our friend's father's flat. We were 7(me) and 8 years old. We came to bring him some food, but he was sleeping dead drunk. It was scary, and we all wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible, but accidentally closed the door. And it had no handle. We started panicking, the friend too, she said it was better to get out before he could wake up and see us. Then I saw a thing lying on the floor among other garbage. I saw there was like a pattern there that looked like the whole in the door, where the handle was supposed to be. Yes, it was the handle. I told my sister, she picked it up, used it, and we were free. Before the friend's dad woke up. The second time was when our parents left us in our newly purchased flat. All the door didn't have any handles. The made us close the entrance door from the inside. We were alone, went to play in one of the rooms. When we opened the balcony door, the wind made the door close shut. No freaking handle, nothing. And our parents came back. They were banging on the door, demanding that we open up, assuring us they were our parents, all the while we were panicking in that room. We even considered jumping from the balcony (the flat is on the second floor), but the people below told us we would die(grown ups....). So, my sister saw a wire hanger lying somewhere on the balcony, and she had an idea to untwist it, and put it in the little hole in the door, to at least get some sort of leverage to open the door. She did just that, and we were freed, opened the door to our parents. And while I was scared that mom would scold us for destoying the hanger, mom praised my sister for ingenuity.

I think enfps are more likely to label their stuff "stuff." 😂
The entps, intps, and maybe infps may not be so inclined.
ENFP here. I can't tell you how many times I've written the word "stuff" on post-it notes. However, for some reason in that cartoon the word "stuff" stuck out and felt of place immediately, even before the girl mentioned it.
It can be Frustrating for me to go from thing to thing to thing , I start with beagles and end up with transistor radios ,
Sometimes I can tie it all together , other times I forget by the time I get there , , but I am much more self aware and when I wonder off , I try to bring it back before I go to far
This was a really great video. Enjoyed watching it 😄 especially the ending.
I think it would be interesting to find out how different types handle heartbreaks. Who gets hit the hardest and how would they handle betrayal.
Ne/Si... Ni/Se... Se/Ni...don’t know what I am any more...
I see things... all the stuff...
And I see patterns...? 🤔
yup
So, that's what happened to Napoleon Dynamite
I can't laugh like shan even when I'm on drugs!
I loved being tricked by the Se sensory at the end!
3:20 100% everything is the same concept / pattern but they only change the sensory details & people think its all new
DAMN CLAP
who else is a Ne?
My gf is Ne/Te...sometimes i wanna wrap her in duck tape, throw her in a rocket and ship her into space, great person tho 5/5.
@@surfacetension2298 Same with my Savior Play ENFP mom, lol
My mom is Ne/Fe I think, whereas I'm Fi/Ni...so, so many arguments about stupid things. Today's episode: Stop telling me what to do!
Hmm... I think I know that guy. Red hair, lead Ne, ENFP... Yep.
I should have realized I had Ne when you mentioned “Ne green”. Smh
I have no idea what I am anymore.
For longest the time I thought I was feminine Si and masculine Ne but I really don't have any Martha Stewart attachment towards my things so I must Se and Ni
But then I do have a strong dislike for repetition with a slight different color variety (that stuff drives me crazy) which I thought that was what Enxps are prone to be doing.
Matt Bonneville so much on point
is it even possible to read books as a heavy Ne user?
u read some interesting passage somewhere...and...before u know it - ur mind wanders off 😆
i had that a lot with "the art of war" by sun tzu..literally had to pause listening to it every few sentences to think of all the possibilities that were coming-in 🥺
My mana always said, "life is like a box of chariot wheels just waiting to escape." Rollin down the Babylonians is just another day at the office for this demiurge.
It’s funny I thought the box of “science stuff” was ridiculous and then I went to my art drawer for my art stuff so I could do some art shit.
Great content! And the twerking robot... LOL. Fantastic.
Yeah its abstract vs concrete when Ne uses its patterns about wheels
Dave: we see a common theme of Ni doms, especially INTJs, having dark hair.
MM Ni/Te BS-C(P): looks in mirror... blonde.
Okay...
Christal Phelps I see them blond too! Maybe they are binary by nature 🤣
Maybe you guys don't have darker genes in the family. Or maybe you're mistyped like I dunno 50% of the people here.
men Ni doms have black hair, women Ni doms are blond, easy
@@notjohn2672 nope, look at James Hetfield from Metallica. He's INTJ. (There's other examples too, the is just the one coming to mind atm.) So your theory doesn't fit
I think the Ni/Fi jumpers typically have dark hair. Ni/Te don't, usually. For example, Andrew Garfield is Ni/Fi, he has dark hair. But I know 3 other INTJs, one of which is my friend that are Ni/Te, and they all have light eyes and blonde hair. Being that you're Ni/Te as well, you fit the pattern. Not saying this is necessarily accurate, but it's a small connection I've noticed.
for the Ne one, is it possible to do that whilst being Si dom? Or do Si doms only do the first step (knowing one little fact)
For some reason, the clip on the last part of this video is very relaxing. - intj
The clap, the *sshole of SE
So which one is better!?!?
I'm kidding obviously
Ne.
Ni. It's more effective.
Milton Landriel Si cause they are clean 🧽 while you are lousy.
Se takes in and remembers more details.
So did everyone like the end of this video WAY too much or is it just my “ENFP loving random BS” showing?
Wow, how could the impressions of the ending differ so much ... for me, it was totally like: "What the heck is this ending about? Not funny nor interesting at all." ... isn't it amazing? :)
I also died laughing because of the randomness haha
I saw the little machine thingy fail to get up the mountain and give up for a second, so I laughed and said, “That’s me facing all of my life choices.”
Then it cut to the machine thingy dancing and I was like “You know what, why face life choices when you can do this instead?” And then I started dancing in my chair 🤩
it’s totally not like I have five things to do before 8:20 AM and like I’m currently procrastinating all of them by dancing with a robot 🙃

robotically twerking
This is gold for marketing ideas 😯😯😯😯 Thanks!!!
If we will have a perfect hair calculator based on personality we will win over aproximatively 80% of the females lol😂
"filler slides"
YAAAAY~♪✨
It's really hard for me to tell which one I am. I personally think I'm Ni because that description matches my thought process, how I consider my thought process. Like, I love to break something down and cover every single point on an idea. But I think I'm more of an ENFP or infp. But I just don't jump around like that. I'm not manic like that.
I think if you have high Ni you also use Ne a lot in your subconscious so maybe that's why. Or maybe I'm just like a little bit different cuz I really don't get along with a lot of people
When you say red hair, you mean originally red hair or colored one?
@Mr. 8-Bit Doggo
Really? Is this common? In what races?
@The Hooded Claw
I thought they mean ENFPs tend to like such trends as dyeing hair with red.
By the way, it is spelled dye not die.
@Mr. 8-Bit Doggo
Thank you. I saw in your comment below you mentioning blue hair. Does this also exist naturally?

Sounds Like Ni Manifests And Ne Maneuvers
That Boston Dynamics robot has too much Ti and Se. I think it could groove more smoothly if it had some Ni and Fe.
As a entj find a youtuber watch all videos of that youtuber and then switch to next one
for the scientist one i thought
maybe hes trying to turn into a lizard like the guy in spiderverse
its like the einstein in gorilla tag
and he's a scientist so the acid in the room must have turned his eyes red
then finally:
Wait why is his lab BURNING
i keep laughing about the forcing facts into your one Ni path xD
I pretend to use Se all the time when i'm using Ne. Even my imagination is conceptual. If you ask me to imagine a red ferrari I do not see an image of a formula 1 car or a luxury sports car. I literally unconsciously check in my head at super speed if I understand the concept of red, the concept of a ferrari and then the concept of a red ferrari and go "okay I understand". My minds eye works fine though, I just don't use it so it's probably underdeveloped
Also the buttons are on the wrong side 1:05

This is AMAZINGGGGG
These two... seen a few of their vids but don't actually know their types. From what I've seen... he's an xSTP who thinks he's an INTJ? And she's an ESFJ who thinks she's an ENFJ?
How far off am I? 😂😂😂
He is an INTJ, specifically Ni/Fi.
She is an ENTJ, specifically Te/Se.
Don't judge based on some videos. Typing is related to how a person is acting all the day, which may differ from what they are doing on RUclips.
@@AhmadOsamaMusleh thank you for the reply! It's interesting though, trying to see how much can be gleaned from first impressions. You're right about internet personas though, because they both seem far merrier than any xNTJs I know - but that might also be because they're American 😂😂
David Blaine: ISTP
Steve Jobs: ENTP
Wtf did I just read

Ok, I love that song, but the way it's used here is wrong. You're supposed to put that song in when someone or something executes a jump or falls, and then you have the person or thing fly through space as they continue to fall endlessly...
