I know its slightly late on this lol but yeah Cloud's recovery is one of the worst in the game without limit fully charged because up B doesn't sweet spot the ledge unless you are right next to it and after you up B, Cloud is the only character in the game that cannot tech the wall on the side of the stage so if someone run off aerials you after you up B you will basically die instantly provided you're sent against the side of the stage

Why is Blur's Marth so bad? he shows decent technical proficiency with his little platform wavelands and triple edge cancelled fairs. He's decent at smash theory, like he said "Prime Blur". But in actual matches, he misses edgeguards all the time and spams forward smash when in trouble. Does he just get nervous?
Blur is one of those players who plays a good neutral. A 'meh' punish game and a terrible edge guard game. If blur had edge guards, he'd probably be considered good.
