If this was in a movie soundtrack, this would play when the hero realizes there is nothing than can do to stop the impending doom.
I like to imagine this plays when the hero snaps. Loses all morals or perhaps is overtaken by a great inner evil.
I like to imagine the main character just entered a large room, ready to banish whatever demon is in there, only to realize the sheer size and horror of it was far greater than they knew.
Such an entity cannot simply be banished like that...
I don’t know why, but I think of the first part as Michael Myers when they know nothing about him except he’s murderous. Then the middle is when they figure out he is pretty much immortal and is super strong.

nah i see it more as the impending doom thats currently approaching. not any realization but just seeing like a huge world ending titan emerging from the earth with its skin peeling off and miasma flowing out of its body each time it breaths and from all the exposed parts.
FINALLY AN EXTENDED VERSION OF THIS MASTERPIECE!!!!!
No joke, this actually scared me. The creature, the colossal depiction of hell in the music, the impending death.
I actually see it as the impending doom of the enemy. They try so hard to take you down, at a point karma kicks in and all are powerless to stop their demise. It's the truth of the music.

So absurdly good, it gives me vibes that an eldrich horror beyond our comprehension has been released and the world is ending. Love it
Perfect teaser music for an upcoming rivalry event. Imagine this being the build up music as you are about to play against your arch-rival. This converts a meere sports event into a climatic fight where it seems all carnage sets in and suddenly your opponent becomes the personification of pure evil.
I'm running a call of cthulhu game for some friends based in the IRL events of the Beast of Gevaudan this halloween. I think I just found the beast's theme when they inevitably encounter the creature.
Kudos for this masterwork.

I'm heavily inspired by your track both composition and production. I'm working on some intro orchestral tracks for my (non professional) metal band and your music is just perfect.

Hi, thanks for your comment - I couldn't find the original piece/ creator anywhere on Google after searching when I originally posted and used the image, it was found as an anonymous wallpaper but after doing some deeper looking more recently, I think the original piece might be called "Plague" by Alexander Tallis Solomin - could be wrong and can't confirm but this is what I found. I'll update the description if I can confirm it.

On this song, i imagine a place somewhere in a dark wood during night. a time space breach open and a sort of fog go out of it. inside the fog, we can see the shape of a lovecraftian eldricht like creature, as the fog slowly take the shape of a woman. she started to walk on the wood when suddenly a man grab her from behind and threatening her with a knife.
man : my my, what a gorgeous lady like you doing here ? you certainly look good.
woman (with a terrifying voice): you too
the woman rip the arm of the man who fall on the ground and start screaming, she suddenly open abnormally her mouth as her eyes separate in 2 pupils on each one before she started rip in pieces the man. when she finished, the light of a lanterns start go on and off for few seconds before shut off for 2 second. when light comes again, she wear a sort of long dress made in fog, she start walking and reach a cliff where we can see a city. she looks at it.
woman : finally free
after that, sort of malformed arms emerging from her back and her pupils separate again. she suddenly emitting a terrifying scream that everyone on earth heard inside his head

As Peter sat his back against the tent, he tried to think of everything he had experienced that could calm his mind as the snuffling monster behind him began to realise his position. Peter did not know what the monster looked like, he could hear static noises as the other people in the tents communicated, asking for the monster's position. Closer...the rustle of the tent's fabric he could feel against his shoulder blades, but it was not wind, but the breath from the monster's mouth that came closer to Peter, closer, closer, would he die by his own thumping heart or the teeth of the creature behind him. The static noise stops. One last cricket call from outside the small room, protected by mere curtain. The attack is more like a rustle, the tent crumples slightly, and every sound and feeling is lost.
