This felt exactly like the classic SCP stories. Before gods of gods gods started being involved and mass production channels started spewing garbage.
For those who also enjoyed the original feeling i recommend "the magnus archives" find the full playlist in order about 200 episodes. Trust me.
There's only a handful of good modern SCPs, like 6243. I think that you shouldn't describe the SCP into a story unless the concept calls for it. Let it have a story in SCP tales or as a 001 proposal.

Has someone attempted using SCP 427 to mend SCP 042? Maybe healing the Pegasus' wings could restore the will to live. Especially after what happens with a certain doctor in its file.

If a horse or human had wings out from their shoulders, they'd fly upward & backward with no possibility for forward gains: the aerodynamics of true-flight require torque from central-mass & center-of-gravity; unless a huge scapula forms & wing-limbs form behind the ribs, mammals cannot torque a wing balance, & flight, without nose-heavy-dynamics.
