Can you dps nilou at c0? (yap sesh) | genshin impact

So Nilou is one of mine favourite characters in genshin but I don´t really enjoy playing a super bloom team. So I had the idea what if instead of playing her the normal way I could try playing her as a dps... but unfortunately I´m broke so I cant c6 her so I´m stuck with c0.
