Interesting suggestion. I don’t know how I could credibly portray prybars as a whole, because there have got to be over a 100 different “edc” prybar designs out there-and a wide range of shapes and sizes. EDC spikes are a lot less diverse but there are subtleties and I haven’t handled all of them. I’ll need to think through what I have to say. Both of our spike designs-the Quill and the DickPick-have portions designed for prying-especially the DickPick. But I’d consider them spikes first, and in general I find spikes to be much more useful in everyday tasks than prying.
One of the 12 👍 since they still haven’t found him and he’s now moved near my neck of the woods (I’m a bit north of you) it looks like the suburbs has been a great place for him to hide. People don’t realize how interspersed populated areas and stretches of woods are in eastern pa. Moving from one to the other past checkpoints seems to be working better than we all would have thought. I guess the question is what’s his end goal?
Well, since he's a tiny brazillian, I think he would stand out if he tried to disguise himself as an amish (no beard too). I'd guess he'd be in the woods, raiding people's homes for food. In the jungle, people took months to find a criminal who would hide by climbing trees and staying there.
Generally speaking when you're evading arrest you want distance and homogeny. You've got a limited time to move so you need to get as far and as fast as you can, and you don't want to stand out so you need some kind of population that looks more or less just like you. That having been said most wanted fugitives get themselves found at a family member's house.
I really appreciate your passion and new angles of approach to designing and selling edc tools.
Thank you for your comment-it’s been difficult but when designs come to life, it’s always rewarding (even when unprofitable)
Wow! That bronze look is amazing!!
Definitely unique-and I think that technique that achieved this look may get used on a future product
Hey could you do a video on the advantage of a spike over a prybar in edc use?

Can't wait for yall to get this on yalls website
I think you’re going to be waiting for s long time-we discontinued this back in 2020
That will be completely fine. I am actually thinking about buying one of your tomahawks.
I really like how the blade moves in hand. I think you could design a knife with the ring feature, and give it a cowboy/dueling name.
I like this idea.

Yeah, leaves for visual cover and difficult to detect human thermal signatures thru the forest canopy.

Yeah, pretending to be an Amish kid would definitely be a bold move. I reckon staying in the forest is probably his best bet.
@@wingardwearables Look up the tree tops!
@@pinarppanrapir9489 It’s like Predator “It’s using the trees”
i am sorry to tell you this but the IMI Galil is a far more deadly bottle opener.
Well I didn’t know that until your comment-thank you for teaching me something new 👍
The Makarov can also be used as a bottle opener with the slide locked back. 👍
i wtill would love to own this. if any watchers out there woupd like to sell theirs.
Really really reminds me of a miners spike
I can see that now. At the time this was designed, I was unaware of the miners spike
@@wingardwearables if you did ever come out with something like a miners spike I'd love to grab one from ya

Are you a criminal?
You sound like you are criminally insane
I'm sorry I didn't know about it😢
I’d guess that most businesses have at least one product that fails-glad this one failed early. We can’t really afford failures like this now…
@@wingardwearables I really hope for your continued success.
