Pretty crazy alignment, part of my healing that has been happening has been dragging up old memories from the past few years , even going way back to high school of experiences where I felt left out, Abandoned and the times I was love bombed and ghosted. I thought I had processed and was over these events but literally have had strong memory recall of the sequence of these events. I was acknowledging that it must be my abandonment wounds resurfacing so I can fully heal them now that I’m further along and more integrated. And then this shows up!
