Aaaand we're back! I've never had a video delete itself midway through watching it before, I was wondering what the problem was. Glad to see everything's alright! As for those repeated events, my only guess is that maybe they're harder than the previous ones? It's the only explanation I can think of. I really don't wanna know how bad those drift challenges are on the higher difficulties. Maybe you could try and use the upgrade system to temporarily mod your car to better handle those in particular? That thing with the out of bounds in the Eliminator does sorta make sense, but WOW that really screwed you over. Always read the menus, man! Always read the menus!! Really hope you don't run into as much frustrating stuff like that going forward. It's still really fun to watch, at least! The sight of a monster truck drifting at like a hundred miles an hour must be TERRIFYING, holy heck! And speaking of, that boss was even more thrilling than the last one! Looking forward to the next episode, as always!
That’s hilarious that you were in the middle of watching it when I deleted it. I did have the thought that someone may be watching it when I deleted it lol, sorry about that. As for the repeated events, honestly, in general I don’t even know if the difficulty is increasing over time in the campaign, it might just be the same difficulty the entire time. I may try to upgrade or try a different car for the drifting levels, but I don’t know what exactly I’m looking for. I think the best would be a car that is slow with good handling to get as many points as possible? Idk. I just assumed you could do multiple challenges at once, since I like to be efficient in games, like how I would compete two challenges at once in a Beat That! level. It sure seems like when bad things happen, they come in pairs. Or trios. Or quads. The best thing in this was by far me beating the boss on the first try, plus the bosses in general are pretty fun. Thanks for watching!
So! Finally got the game, and trying to drift...hoo boy I totally understand the rage now. The only other racing games I've played are Velocity X, World Race, Beat That, and Mario Kart. The drifting in Turbocharged...it's not bad! I just really wish the tutorial was a little more in-depth, I feel like I'm still struggling with it a bit!
I had to delete and reupload this. Thanks to @jbhamham3754 for letting me know that several minutes were missing at the end of the video. Premiere Pro literally didn't export my entire video, sorry. This episode went wrong in SO many ways, lol... I raged at two unfairly difficult drifting levels, I almost completed a challenge, but then I accepted another challenge and lost all my progress, and I got screwed in an Elimination. Surely the next episode will be much better.
