There's plenty of these asmr-type woodturning channels, and then there's that one weird channel about a guy gluing essentially trash and turning it, idk. But it's nice having one like this, where you actually explain your process, technique and tools; even if I may not understand everything. Also, I like how you try to waste as little as possible by sawing off the chunks you already know you wont need because they can be used for other projects, instead of chucking a big cube of planks in the lathe.

Thank you, I try to reuse as much of the waste material as I can 🙂and explain what i am doing as i go along.

Nice change of pace. Seeing the finished piece I imagine removing the lid and finding a bowl full of Jaffa Cakes! 😀

Lovely piece very well demonstrated. I've used the speedball India ink before, it's excellent! It is light-fast and contains shellac, which means that you can put any finish you like on top of it. Thanks

Thank you, The shellac really helps get a good finish. 🙂I only found out after I'd used it. 🙂

This is a great piece, does the ink come in other colours, red would look good to. 💖💖👌👌

Hi, Thank you, I believe speedball only make it in black but I have found another brand of India ink in different colours, and red is one of the colours so I can give it a go sometime soon. 🙂
