    There's one more that I would add that would make number eight.
    Check your returns report regularly preferably every two weeks or at least once a month.
    We uncovered returns that were authorized by Amazon that were 60, 90 and 100 plus days beyond the 30-day policy.
    Orders during the holidays that are extended return were excluded.
    And what we have uncovered is that the 30-day clock starts from the day the customer receives the item not the order date. 😮
