I'm not sure of the exact time but I can tell you this it takes less time to charge the battery and it does to drain a fresh one. Because I've been shooting put a fresh battery in the camera and by the time that battery was drained the one on the charger is fully charged.

The exact runtime really depends on the device that's hooked up to it. So they may last 2 hours on one device and 6 hours on another.
