Big Brother cannot be sued for the punishment. Little do you know is the houseguests sign waivers. They have to, because Big Brother is apart of CBS, and CBS will not risk being sued. Brittany didn't have to do that punishment. She just would have left the house. Simple. These house guest aren't dumb. Neither is CBS.
It's all voluntary. If they don't like it, they can just go home. Have you seen the show "Solitary", that show did stuff way worse to their contestants than this, but they were not sued because it was voluntary.
