We love our tankless water heater. Great video on how it works. Everyone needs to remember if the park doesnt have enough water PSI you will need to fill your fresh water tank for better pressure. It took us a little while to figure this out. We have been using this water heater since January full time and loving it.
Question: on the water heater control panel (on the wall) how do you turn it on / off? I pressed the power button… there is a red light… if I press and hold it nothing changes… red light remains on.
Thanks really happy wait mine, this is our 1st year with it,dealer winterized it for us is there anything special that I do to tankless water heater to unwinterize it?
Good afternoon! This would depend upon model options and offline date as this is subject to change. We would advise to contact your local dealer so they can assist you in locating what you are looking for specifically. Thank you!
We just purchased a 2023 keystone cougar 25RDS and I am watching your video about your winterization of your tankless water heater. Prior we had a Girard tankless water heater on our 240 URS outback that had to have the winterization bypass around the tankless water heater. I noticed in your video that the 2023 tankless water heater does not need to be bypassed. Is there anything else I need to know about this process? Does the antifreeze actually go into this tankless water heater according to your video being that it’s not bypassed? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Good morning pamelarieley1312! The antifreeze would go through the lines of the water heater. Then you would flush the lines prior to use when you're ready to go camping!
Hey keystone. I have a3700 FL. One year in my rig. On my second suburban tankless and it has stoped working both times. The new one we put in is only 2 months old. Worked good for two months. Now. Nothing. We reset it and tried everything. Holiday world hopefully will be calling you to again replace it. Again. Is this common for suburbans? That’s what is in our keystone both times.

Prefer the traditional water heater with a tank. Prefer the option to use electric or gas or both.
Thank you for your feedback!
Wish more manufacturers would go Tankless
You guys are fantastic, I watch your DIYs all the time, but you might want to revisit your Celsius to fahrenheit conversions lol.

My biggest worry is running out of propane. Atleast with a traditional water heater, there is an electric element to backup and still have hot water.
Does this include the High Country? I'm about to order one, but the website doesn't mention tankless water heater. Thanks!
The High Country does not come with the tankless water heater. It would be Suburban water heater.
@@KeystoneRVCompany why wouldnt you do tankless on such a premium trailer?

@@KeystoneRVCompany thank you, I wanted to. Be sure we don’t damage the new water heater.
Can your current tank water heater be converted to this tankless?
Good morning! Thank you for your inquiry, we would not be able to advise on this as it is considered a modification to the unit.
Yes, it can
