Assalamualaykum Anisa. Jazakillah for all the delicious recipes you post. Which Tandoori Masala do you use and its quite red in colour. Mine doesn't come out this colour 😔
Henna Shah freeze them individually on a thin chopping board or some cling film, after a couple of hours should be solid and just put them all into a bag and back in to the freezer.

I had a question when I freeze my savouries e.g samosas spring rolls sometimes they have a crack in the pastry after I freeze them so when I fry then they burst open. Do u have a solution for that. Am I doing something wrong.
habibtifan fill a little less mixture than u think u should as the filling expands a little in freezer, just like water expands when u freeze. Also do not fill too tightly to account for the expansion. Hope this helps.

Yes you can freeze individually on a tray and then bag them up.
