FYI, if you get Furina and use her with Neuvillette, him having an HP% Goblet instead of a Hydro DMG% Goblet will actually be better since you already have his Signature Weapon. I also hope you'll have luck and get a Charlotte since she and Furina would both be pretty huge for Neuvillette. Additionally, having a team that consists of Neuvillette, Navia, Charlotte, and Furina honestly wouldn't be bad.

I am trying to get a HP% Giblet for Neuvillette but my luck is not great. Hopefully I have one by the time Furina reruns.

Does chiori count ? Becouse she is a Fontaine character but she is from Inazuma
No Chiori does not count as a Fontaine character. I use the vision casing to decided characters and she has a Inazuman one.
