once it roamed the house cleaning one then twice it knows the house and does a great job🌼 on hard wood and carpets we have 2 dogs that shed and it cleans it up perfectly
Dear, thank you for your review... For the charging Base tag which is appeared at ~00:30... What is exactly written for the input voltage and frequencies...can you post a picture or a video that shows all tag information clearly.... Regards
Can it skip over rooms that are between two rooms that are to be cleaned and if it can, does it turn off the brushes and suction traveling between them?
I had the i7 and I thought the navigation wasn’t as good as my Neato D7. Does this bump into things hard after learning the environment? I felt like my i7 learned my house but was still a bit harsh on legs of chairs and such.
I had the iRobot 690 and I didn't like it much but this version is a huge upgrade in performance. This one does not bang around as hard or much once the mapping is done, but during the mapping process it does bang around a bit. It is pretty easy on the furniture after the mapping process. I genuinely do love it! How do you enjoy the Neato D7, any major differences? Thanks for watching.
I been having issues with my s9 banging into walls at full speed. Will be keeping an eye out for an update that will fix this. Does your Alexa commands work with your s9? Mine seems broken, only worked once.
@@RobotMasters inwould try a hard reset and delete any stored maps and let it remap the room. It has worked with Google on my end but the commands have to be specific. I had to delete it from my Google account and re-add device via the Google home app. Hope that helps
TEKTOYZ The update didn’t work, still runs into the walls harder than it should, Alexa works now, have to give each Robot very unique names: Basic Hippo, Vacuum Ninja, and Mopping Master
There is a noticeable difference in loudness even though the s9 a few decimals more. The automatic dirt disposal bin super lound, equivalent to an upright vacuum.
*I run the m6 daily, and my floors look awesome🌼 **allabout.wiki/Robot-Automatic** I wet mop 2 days and dry sweep the rest of the days. When I first got it, I used the included disposable pads. I didn't like them--the dry pad has no depth so if it picks up a chunk of something, like dry cat food, then it pushes it around or drags it around the floor. The wet pad wasn't very absorbent so left streaks and wheel marks.*
I am sure that I gave iRobot the base disposal idea since I asked about it many times over the years until they finally created it. I just hate they used an 80s disposal bag. I would have bought it immediately if it were like every vacuum in existence and didn't require the dirt bag.
Testing the product breaks down in 6weeks. and then you have to chase them for a fix that takes ruffly 2 months to send and get back the product. The product works well at the start but then there are technical issues, wheel problems. I wouldn't suggest this product.
From someone with an i7+, an i9+, and 3 - m6 iRobot mops, take it from me, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING MADE BY THEM AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE! Their performance, to a machine, is a joke. Their tech support is beyond horrific.
Yes there are two types of companies... those that excell like Amazon with great support, quick upgrades, and good pricing. Then there are companies that iRobot that offer the best of the crap competitors, but with bad support, high pricing, and there so many new features their products can have that they lack. I wish the iRobot could also spray an air freshener and dust my baseboard with a rotating side brush. It knows the edges of my walls so maybe a small extension that pops out to get under places it cannot fit. I also would like manual control for when it gets stuck I can see through the Roomba's cam what the problem is and just back it out of that spot to continue.
It’s not smart enough considering the high price. You’ll get more bangs for your bucks with a Roborock S5 or S6 and much cheaper. Roborock are smarter, faster, higher vacuum suction, no go zones, clean zones. Not to mention that the replacement rollers, brush and filters are super expensive on the iRobot compare to the Roborock.
it's pretty good with pet hair. On a side note not great with uneven surfaces, for example the edge of a floor mat. Where the higher edge meets the actual floor will not get as clean.
I have watched 10 videos on this product and yours is by far the most informative !

how loud is this roomba compared to the i7?
It's about the same decibel level but better suction, thanks for watching

Can you give a more detailed explanation of how to program this vacuum? I need step by step instructions. Thanks.
What programming are you looking to do? Smart mapping?
Yes. How do I get it programmed so that I can tell it, for instance, to vacuum the kitchen?
Hey you lazy fker, go read the manual.
