But Brass is not good for home cooking, it should be used only for eating! High heating brass alloy leaches heavy metals into to food especially like Zinc, and salt and acidic foods like tomatoes and tamarind ! Generally brass is used to cook "prasadam" , because we eat prasadam in a very limited amount and once in a while thats good amount heavy metal like Zinc for our bodies!
Brass is harmful alloy to cook regularly as Aluminum , please avoid it, especially if you have growing children

@@sirishareddy1448 I think you are talking about brass vessels with "tin coating inside" to avoid the food contact with brass. so we dont get any benefit or danger cooking with brass.

One of the best episodes I've watched till now. I have huge respect for Sesh garu and his movies from the beginning,he is something else. And happy to see Teja garu. ఇక్కడ పాయసం కోసం చూసిన వాళ్ళ కంటే మీ ఇద్దరినీ చూడటానికి వచ్చిన వాళ్ళు ఎక్కువ.
