It's not professional development; it's PERSONAL. Your Talents (patterns of Thinking, Feeling, and Behaving) follow you out-of-school and out-of-the-office, so they impact in your personal life too! Why not use your natural talents to approach things differently... in a way that HELPS you. I'm curious... What kinds of topics or problems are you trying to tackle in your life? 🤔 Let me know here.
Elvira, I am 22 year franchisee with a quick service restaurant and have been using SF 2.0 for at least 15 years as part of a team member’s transition to leadership. Your content is well done with great examples . I stumbled on your channel as I have gifted this tool and my time with a teacher who home schools about 50 students. You quickly convinced me I need to up the ante on the richness of this tool; in business, personal and with our future workforce! Thank you thank you! In answer to your question in the video, currently, the problem I am challenged with is keeping and retaining talent. I have subscribed to your channel and am confident I will continue to learn from you. Best to you!
Thank you, Rally, for you kind words and for sharing. I’m glad you’ve been a SF fan and advocate for so long. It sounds like you’re inspired to go deeper. 🎉 I’m curious if you can see how your talents may be contributing to your challenges too. I’d love to hear more about your experience with SF. If you’d like to chat, send me a direct email and we can make time to connect. Thank you again for you kind words. I’m so glad you’ve found my content so far valuable. 😁
More confident and happy in your decisions? That's major! Glad to heat it. Often it's the indecision and self-doubt that wears us down and works against us. Sometimes, it's not about making the "right" decision and more about committing to the choice we made.
That's fantastic! Activator is definitely a good one to get you to jump in and do something (hopefully for yourself). I bet your other ones can help too when the time is right. 😎

As soon as I started applying my talent themes to every day decision making, I'm finding I'm more confident and happy in my decisions

Thanks so much! It's been so so beneficial to see how my talent themes impact all areas of my life.
I'm so glad to hear it, Heather! 😀
I am trying to create more free time. Love the idea of leaning into my talent theme. Using my "activator" talent to do this.
