Hello, thanks for reacting to my music. The lyrical content in the song leaves an open ending, you were correct in thinking that the person is either dead (car crash) or left (break up). The song is about relationships and that even the strongest bond can be broken through time or circumstance. It's a song about holding onto things that you can't fix, heading towards an inevitable end, hence "running out of gas". It's also a song where you warmly remember the good times that you had together with that person, but you can no longer grow together as individuals and the conclusion is separation.

I love this song. Such a masterpiece. But knowing what Gebrasy is up against in the finals makes me feel so sad that his winning chances are so slim. And if he does win, I'm pretty sure alot of irrational ESC fans are going to hate him just because their favourite didn't win. I still wish him all the best and can't wait to see Gebrasy performing this gem again for the 3rd time.
I think what happens is that she has passed and he knows that. But he’s reflecting on that regretful day remembering fragments of her (watching her look out the window and his hands gripping of the wheel while she’s telling how she feels) .. at the end he knows he has to let her go where he can’t follow her. It’s a really emotional song almost as if he has a survivors guilt.. This song could be strongly relatable to those who experienced something like that. I know I can . It really touches my heart and brings back some emotions.

Such a good song but I wish he had waited a year to send this song because the Roop will most likely win 😂 By the way this song won both the televote and jury votes in the 2nd heat and in the semi final
It's in a final, but even if it is everyone kind of know that the Roop is going to win and there's no chance to anyone else. They are just making a show where everyone knows how it's going to end. :)

I mean they are my favorit but i can see Gebracy win as well, don't forget the jury in case of tiebreak has more power, don't forget that Ieva won againts the Roop back in 2018 but Monique didn't..so its 50/50 and its definitely a fight between these 2 ...dont forget the JURY picked Fusedmark in 2017 ....
I mean there's so much drama happening about eurovision this year. Just the fact, that radio stations refused to play any songs from eurovision until the Roop wins. All the things other contestants are sharing about what's happening out of the cameras. And the Roop have their fan base in Europe already, so it would be stupid not to send them this year. :)
