I got this service because of my service dog MyLogo. Dog food is all over my yard these days with training. I have been worried about attracting pest. The duck food attracts pests as well. I also have been worried about bringing fleas and ticks in my home from the outdoors. They told me they could guarantee a pest free home and up to 30 feet out.
The good - No Pest
No Sick Animals
The bad 3 people showed up at my home today. All seeming to be working together but no one said who anyone was. At the end of service 2 people got into one car and one person got into the car marked Moxie. I feel/think that was weird. They showed up very early and did not say they were there, with all the cars in the yard. I do not like people walking around my home unannounced. I greeted all 3 in my back yard all in the same place. I had to ask them to service my bait stations, He said he could not locate them. This would be a reason to talk to the homeowner you would think. They seem to use that as a talking point to save money/time. If you cant find the bait station leave new ones and tell the homeowner the good deed you did in your notes. Much better than leaving the customer feeling cheated.
They said they could not find them. I told them I knew where they were. One was empty he refilled it, not by opening just stuffing one side. They would have skipped it and not told me. I received a text and they said the tech put in a note that he could not find it. I can’t believe that seeing how I made sure he found them all. It was just over a month ago they came for the first time.
I will be using the notes section of this video to keep up with how this service goes. I have not seen any pest. I can say I am happy with that. With that being said they use the same things I use. They just use much more of it. I feel it is safer for a professional to do what a professional does. For the safety of my family, self and animals in my yard. I want to make sure things are being done correctly. They Claim there products are people and pet friendly. I have not had any sick animals since I have started using there service.

I have almost been through a full
Year so far. The pest control service has worked well. They sprayed what I feel is the same product that I sprayed. I like that I don’t have to be exposed to the chemicals. They spray a lot more than I would and pest have done well at staying away from my home. They don’t always come when I am home so they do not always do the inside of my home. I have never had to call them back for a follow up spray so I say it does well. Mouse bait, I feel I have to inform them to check each station each time. The bait does very well and mice like it a lot.
Down side - they will try to sell you other products. It like they have individual contractors that do things like terminate inspections and prevention. They try to charge a ridiculous amount to treat to prevent something that is not a problem. They use scare tactics to make you believe if you don’t get it you will be in a bad way soon from the termites that are on their way. Same for attic insulation. They send someone to do an inspection of your attic insulation. They come back and tell you they found signs that if you don’t do something about asap you will not have a home to live in in 6 months. The attic insulation they wanted $10k for. For a pest control insulation.
I like the pest control but I turn down all other treatments. I did the termite treatment myself for like $120 so I saved like $3.8K by doing it myself.
I think the spraying has been worth it they do a better job than I do with the process.

Give him credit for slinging that backpack on from groung level thats 4 gallons times 8 pounds per gallon and the equipment weight is close to 60 pounds
They have all been pretty cool for the most part. I have kept the service for a full year now and my home is still pest free. Pretty happy

It has not been the worst so far. It’s been a year now and my home has remained pest free. The employees can bee 🐝 a little lazy at time but their products seem to really work well.
It’s a scam. Don’t do it. They promise everything and have low skill guy come out and spray for a few mins. The kicker is they don’t tell you, you are committing to a year of charges, they say if you have ants in between service appointments they will come out and fix it. Not true. They make excuses why they don’t need it. Very scammy

Moxie sales are pest themselves.
Their service is pretty good. I have had them a year and they have kept my home pest free so far.
Scam
They have been working out pretty well. Sometimes the employees can be a little lazy but they have kept the bugs 🐞 and pest away for the most part. They just came a week ago and I have requested for the first time that they come out and respray. Sometimes they don’t check the bait stations. I like to see if there is any activity each time they come. To me the scam comes from the things they try to up sell you. They send out contractors who have individual responsibilities. One person to do attic’s he comes out and does an inspection then tries to scare you into the need for his product. If you do buy $10k product you have 3-4 months until infestation.
Terminate inspector told me the same thing. They are not at my house yet but they are on their way. They could treat for $3k.
I went and did both myself. I got them mainly to keep my service dog. 🐕🦺 keep her pest free
