Delhi Food Walks, I have started following you from your Nepal tour of Momo Trails followed by Sikkim Tour and I liked them very very much. You people not only tried different kinds of Momos but also different cuisines. Here, in this episode it was really beautiful to see different varieties of Momos found in Dehradun. MoMo name is given by newari people of kathmandu, Nepal. Although momo was born in Tibet (not the name), it grew up in kathmandu and then travelled to India
Prices are too high, middle class family cant afford. 209 x3 ya 4 member =800 to itne me to 2 din ka restaurant me khana kha lenge middle class wale. but food looks delicious and atmosphere + hygiene is super good.
Outside of Orchard Restaurant in bazar you can get Rs 100.00 per plate momos, but size is smaller, 01 momo of Orchard Restaurant, Dehradun is = 2 momos in other places so price is justified with what you are getting. One plate momos of Orchard Restaurant is so filling that you will not be able to eat more for one sitting, so I take only one plate momos that is all at Orchard. Some people will have the capacity to eat more.... price is good for the product one gets, secondly Orchard Restaurant has been running for 14 years ÷ it would have closed down if food quality and pricing would be bad.
Well, the pioneer land of Momo is undoubtedly Tibet. I don't know what is this Dumpling called there but when it entered Nepal and few northern hill stations of India it got its baptism as MOMO. It is popular with this name to many, however, when it entered the mega cities of India and when people started falling in love with this food they started calling it as MOMOS and I like this version of pronunciation as well. Sounds different but the fact is that whichever name you give or however you pronounce it, the love for the food is not going to change at all. It can be a MOMO or MOMOS but it is a LOVE!

Lots of confusion....bich pata nahi 2 log dfw ka alag videos le ke aa jate he...background sound nuance aa raha he...do something.
