😊😊. Everyone this is Richardt Ecthelion and this man has the most eclectic, extensive and impressive fragrance collection I've ever seen. He is also one of the friendliest, understanding, helpful and hilarious people you could ever hope to meet. An asset to the fragrance community and you'll see he'll be an important part of the frag lad frag fam moving forward.
Congrats on getting the channel going, should've posted this alot earlier as knew you were going to start it and should support a fellow Cumbrian 👍👍also I think I'm the only one that likes kalan from the PDM lineup as I though all the other stuff smelled too similar
@robertcaddle2524 thank you my friend. Means a lot really it does, perhaps one day you could be a guest nose on the channel. I've tried to like kalan but it's just too strange in the ways I'm not keen on.
Just watched this from start finish…. My favourites are Layton, Percival and maybe Sedley for rounder/nice weather and for the winter, Althair, Ojan and Layton exclusive… Ojan has a very distinct smell that wants you putting in more… Althair being a Vanilla banger
Thank you for your continued contribution in the comments. I have almost every pdm and my latest love is the exquisite habdan. Its like a highlight reel of nisean, oajan and layton. It doesn't smell exactly like any of them but after a full wear you'll understand what I mean.
Great video mate 🙌🏼 Cedrat boise in was a great shout made an error of throwing that on once and I’m fairly sure they could smell me in Australia. Need to try a couple of the PDM freshies for sure
@t_summers well thanks for the positive comment. Out of interest is it the fact they are more of a designer esque niche brand or something else that has you feeling this way ?
@@TheFragLad great question. It is the designer-style of the brand, but to be more specific I don't see any depth with the brand. There's not really much complexity or risks taken with any of their fragrances in my opinion and for the price they don't last. I'd actually reach for some designers over PDM. Mass appealing and forgettable is just not the combo for me.
@t_summers that's a fair enough reason, it's not one I agree with on every release. Their summer fragrances are certainly more mass appealing then their cooler weather offerings but largely they are as I said in the video more "entry level niche" I have 17 of their fragrances and I do prefer most of the cooler weather stuff over the ones mentioned in the video and some of their older cooler weather frags might actually be agreeable to you. If you are in the UK I'd be happy to send you a sample or 2 of the ones I think you'd like
I prefer Galloway to all of these, Greenley would be a close 2nd. I haven’t smelt Percival for a little while but I remember it being quite unmemorable, might need to give it another chance though. I didn’t instantly like Perseus, but it gradually grew on me, just in time for my 5ml decant to run out.
@obants975 thank you mate, the content will improve as I get used to doing this. While not my favourite perseus certainly hits hard. It's a fantastic fragrance. What's your favourites from the house and why ?
@@TheFragLad Without a doubt Herod. It was my first bottle from the house. I find it hard to describe why, I just absolutely love everything about it. Will forever be in my collection. My bottle is from 2023 but I’ve heard even better things from the older batches. I’d put Haltane 2nd.
@obants975 herod is sublime, I'm lucky enough to have a red juice bottle from 2015 and it is better but not to the levels that the batch bitches have you believe 🤣🤣
Great video Al. I have Percival and Sedley, both fantastic! Did you try Galloway at all? I really enjoyed that, mind you i do like white floral frags. Greenly is on the wanted list. Im looking at the more darker PDM'S now we're getting to the end of summer. I tried the Layton Exclusive i got from you, definitely more niche. I think i prefer the OG so far. Might give yhat Givenchy Society Extreme a wear this evening.
@adamberry7240 thanks so much for the great feedback Adam. Yeah I have Galloway. I thought about including it in the freshy video but I think it's more than that. A bit more of a versatile Scent which I do like a lot. Let me know how you find society extreme pal
@waqaskundi it was a difficult issue to get past 🤣. There's a solution on the way but the first handful of videos were recorded before the solution arrives.
Go on, matey 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Great job 👍
Top man, great work 👏
Yeah, buddy❤❤❤. Finally getting to see this 😊😊😊

Let’s gooo 🎉
Great review mate welcome to the realm of fragrances 😎
@@mikeycologne thanks my friend
As someone who's sampled PDM and doesn't find value in the house, I definitely enjoyed your conversation about it. Great job!

Great vid mate. Never understood the hate Perseus gets. It’s by far my favorite freshie from PDM
